... only ten bucks? not bad. i'll have a copy to traumatize my two boys with in the future. i have a feeling HIV will still be a problem them. fucking goverment, i always say.

i love the Sopranos myself, but not every one does. then again, some of my all-time-favorite films are of the mobster (if ya will) genre. scarface & goodfellas for example. :)

great Emily quote.

you too, Stephen. muchlove.

The show is a winner! I hope they don't bore it up with bullshit, but I doubt that possible with HBO. Except for Carnival and Entourage all the series are hits to me and thank god for EOD or I'd never see them at all.
But overall, I think you are right. Polygamy is nothing more than what many cultures practice from mistresses to concubines, it is just another way for old men to fuck younger women, knowing one way or another they have to pay for it. Amen brother, amen.
As for me, three wives seems like a bloody death sentence. Can you imagine the bitch fest that is?
Staying single is an art form these days. Although I would probably take three of you big lips.
Take care and remember the "quiet" before the storm.....

... ah, i'm not going to jinx it by saying they won't ~bore~ it up, but anything is possible. i'm looking forward to watching everything fall apart (as morbid as that sounds.) Heh. ;)

I can not believe you did not care for Carnival. Great fucking series it was! As for Entourage, I was able to catch the last four episodes of the series and found them pretty damn funny. Then again, I was bored and nothing else was on ze telly.

"Polygamy is nothing more than what many cultures practice from mistresses to concubines, it is just another way for old men to fuck younger women, knowing one way or another they have to pay for it. Amen brother, amen." yeah. in lamens terms. haha. as with ALL religions, there in lies some twisted folk ( ... )

I never saw kids... I really really should.

The show, eh.. I don't usually watch tv so I don't think I'll be catching it, but if I do have the chance I'm gonna have a look see. Your tastes are very good after all.

As for the poem, it can be taken a few ways, in the context of drugs or alcohol I can see about the turning away from it.

But since I have never gone that way, mostly out of fear of it. It is almost akin to saying good bye to a lover or very dear friend. That it could be both, or one or the other passing on. And in part a thank you, as in that being with the other made it more bareable. Or Dream like. When our minds wander to happy thoughs in sleep it's usualy refered to as a dream, while as bad thoughts become a nightmare.

Maaaaaaaaaaaan I want some more coffee mang.. =p

And I'm in spired to pull out my copy of Poe's collected works and be uber book worm...

... the powerful thing is that i can relate to it.

i value poetry that can make me feel. and make me a nervous wreck, bound with question even, as well.

... it's got shock factor. heh.

but yeah, I suggest anyone who is sexually active to see this film. no age range at all.

i'm not truly trying to promote the show. i just felt overwhelmed with so many thoughts on it, i had to share. but i wouldn't direct any one to NOT watch it, so yeah. hehe. do you watch "Top Chef" by any chance? it's on Bravo.

i fucking love the Bravo channel. it is so sad.

in ref to your thoughts on the poem, i think you're on it my friend. i guess i forget about the whole dreamscape of his words. that alone says alot, right? ahh.

dood. you're like... so addicted. heh ;)

"And I'm in spired to pull out my copy of Poe's collected works and be uber book worm..." - cuz you rawk ze worm!!!

Honestly believe that poem has nothing to do with drugs. Narcotics would be but a pale substitute for which the author referred to ( ... )

... so, what do you really think it was about then? ;)

Not only did that movie enrage me, but it scared me even more. I wish, I really do, that... that film was required to be watched in highschool these days.

Hah! You're so caught up in Big Love, you just don't want to admit it. ;) Honestly I am happy they've released something other than the disappointing "Rome". I had such high expectations for that fucking series.

On another note - I miss Six Feet Under.

My favorite shows via HBO: The Sopranos, Six Feet Under, Carnival (o hell yes, I was hooked after one episode.)

Do you remember "Dream On"? heh. I was just thinking about that oldie. Anyway ( ... )
