Ella Jenkins?

Are any of you familiar with her music? Apparently she is a pioneer in children's music and music education. Her recordings are put out by Smithsonian Folkways. Anyway, I haven't heard any of her music but am looking for new CDs to try out. A friend heard her recently on NPR and raved about her. Any opinions?

awwww...i love her. we get her cd's at the library all the time. her music is simple and age appropriate.

Thanks Patience! Any particular CD you've loved? There are about 1000 on Amazon. Maybe I should start at the library!
