OHHHH, I have to recommend a restaurant in Sydney. There is a Chinese place on Circluar Quay, just down from the Opera house. My husband and I still drool over the honey prawns we had there. Seriously one of the most amazing dishes I've ever had.

no idea about the name, we just wandered by looking for some lunch and decided to stop there. It's on the bridge side, we sat outside looking at people and enjoying the view. It was about midway down from the Opera House. We were there in September of 2002 and it was the only Chinese place.

If you weren't pregnant and traveling with a toddler, I'd also recommend a tour of the wine country. ;) We took a guided tour and had a blast. I got very tipsy and we had a wonderful guide with a very small group.

I went to the Hunter Valley last time and had a great (tipsy) time. I think we will go again and I will be the designated driver! I will have to bring some wine home for January. I especially love the Shiraz. I'd never had it before I went to Australia last time. Now it's gotten pretty popular here too but I have fond memories of the Australian stuff.

That Chinese place sounds like one to search for and pretty easy to find. My husband loves Chinese so it won't be hard to convince him!
