I just made crepes with my new crepe pan. They came out all crepe-y! Like real crepes that you buy from real crepe makers. After the first crepe mush disaster I got the hang of flipping them over and it was really easy. I think tomorrow I will try out my aebelskiver pan. Wow, looks like a lot of work. Is it important to use rice flour? I'm not sure where to get that. Are they sweet? It looked like a dessert type thing but then it suggested green onions as a filling, so now I'm not sure.

Rice flour can be acquired at any Asian grocery store. It's what you use to make mochi. I haven't tried it with APF.

They are sweet, but not overly so. The green onion actually works well, and it makes it look pretty. I've also had them with corn. When we made them we did it plain.
