Hows your thyroid? Also, have you ever had a sleep study? I can't remember if that was your or liz. Eitherway something sounds hormonaly odd

Actually both Liz and I recently had sleep studies. My study showed I get absolutely no REM. An entire night and I never once got into deep sleep or REM sleep. So the sleep doctor decided the problem must be I'm nocturnal and my body isn't happy being asleep at night so it keeps trying to wake me up. That was why I was experimenting to see what my natural sleep schedule is. He thinks my thyroid might be high. I dunno. I'll have to see what he says when I go back to see him with htis new data.

My brain is thinking the words melatonin and thyroid.
I don't know why, but I know my cousin started giving her son melatonin and he started sleeping better. I have a head ach and unable to look into it but melatonin might do the rem thing. I recall reading something somewhre, but I read a lot of things in a lot of places so who knows
