I don't know if any of this is going to make sense to you, I'm practically comatose and don't know why. I've been fine all week, taken my pills every day, coped really well at work, but suddenly I'm lost. I should be doing one of many things:
  • Choreographing a dance to Whistle While you Work from Snow White
  • Clean my bedroom and bathroom
  • Finish ( Read more... )

Oh, bunny. Are you alright?
I wish I could do something to help you...

Sometimes that lame thing used to help me - just wait 15 minutes, and hope that the urge goes away. If it doesn't, try to last another 15... I know it sounds like a load of shit, but it's worked for me on more than one evening.

Do you think you need to call anyone? Would it help?
I wish I could come to your house or something, but I'm stuck -here-. :\
Please be okay dear...

I love you so much!

Hmmmm. dont overstress on the school work front- it will get done eventually, and you dont need to do too much of it outside term time really- the curriculum is made to be able to fit neatly into school time. Also, there is the handy thing that you guys get holidays in March for the Commonwealth Games, so you can use them to catch up on the reading you might not have completely done.

You remind me of me in high school- toooo stressed, uneccesarily.

Maybe give yourself a break? Take a couple of days that you schedual as relaxation time? Either that or write yourself a neat schedual and follow that, which is a good way of making sure your days are structured and you dont allow yourself time to procrastinate and feel bad about yourself, which invevitably leads to cutting.

*hugs*

Heart of Darkness made me fall asleep when I read it. Haha. Both times.

I studied it in my first year of uni and the entire thing is about binaries. It's retarded. It's just bum-achingly boring.

I hope you feel better, pet.

I wish I had a good list of distractions to help the urge subside.
Just an idea; How about doing little bits and peices that you enjoy doing instead of trying to finish a specific task just to try and ease the pressure.

Take care ox
