They're not all the same. Firstly, only the first 6 leters are read, and I don't recall my hexadecimal very well, so I'm not sure what is done with the letters beyond F, as hex only covers letters A-F and numbers 1-16. The six letters/numbers go in pairs, which represent the amount of red, green, and blue in your name--all the basic colors.
