So this weekend was all planned out (at least Saturday was). Noah and I had finally reserved tickets to the "Body Worlds" exhibit at the DMNS (Denver Museum of Nature and Science). I was so psyched because I have literally tried to get in there since March when it opened. So we show up and the traffic director guy says, "Sorry. Museum's closed." ( Read more... )

Yay for drums along the rockies. I remember going to see that when I was in middle school.

Enders game too! Such a good book. Have you read just the first one, or some of the sequels as well?

We're reading Ender's Game in our book club. Those of us in the club who have already read Ender's Game are reading Ender's Shadow. This is my first time through Ender's Game and it's really good.

there are three seqels (speaker for the dead, xenocide, and children of the mind) and then there is a whole shadows series. I haven't read the shadow series yet, but the sequels are quite good.
