Yesterday was Grandpa's birthday.  Pretty soon, he'll have been gone an enitre year.  It just doesn't seem like its been that long.  I hope Grandma did okay yesterday.  I didn't call, I just still don't know how to talk to her anymore.  We spoke several weeks ago after she had minor surgery done and it was cordial and she sent a letter from my aunt

Give her a call and just be casual " hello I thought of you today, hope you are doing well."

Don't be offended if she throws a fit or has a weird grief reaction. Grieving affects us all differently. :) Love you, happy turkey day.

Yeah she's hated Cory since before Grandpa died. I guess since she has all this free time now she's got time to be hateful, I have no idea. I might call her on Thanksgiving like I used to, depends on how patient I'm feeling.
