Last time I had to cover phones, I got to deal with the perpetual screaming from the Brat from Hell, whoever he or she may have been. Today, I'm covering at the end of the day, and have to hear this poor little baby screeching her head off. Babies this young only scream for a few reasons - they're hungry, tired, or something hurts.
