I'm currently reading Mark Burnett's book Jump In!, which gives a lot of background on how he created "Survivor" and interesting facts about the show and how it evolved over time. I'm really enjoying it.

Very little! He's mentioned quite a bit in the book, but the only thing I learned about him was that Mark Burnett watched over 100 audition tapes for host and he knew instantly that Jeff would be perfect. I wish JEFF would write a book!
