Do you often shop online for clothings and shoes? You know, they looked so pretty when worn by those ( pretty ) models but not so much when worn by yours truly. And you would have thought I'd have learnt my lesson ( after quite a number of bad buys ) but nooooo, I still think that they'd look the same on me as they did on the models *sighs

It's so hard for me to find clothes that fit even when I can try them on in the store, I suspect that ordering online would be frustrating.

I had maybe a couple of good buys but mostly, no. Now if only they'd create a computer program in which we could put our picture into the website to try on the clothes virtually!

I feel your pain. I have such a hard to fit body that I rarely ever buy anything online, even shoes, except for t-shirts or if I want to replace the exact model Nike shoe. Otherwise I just know I'll be returning it.

Some of the clothes are sooo pretty and tempting and they're not available in my country. My latest buy was about a month ago and I had my hopes that they'd look okay on me after my tailor altered it but nope.

I SO hear you on the clothes shopping. I'm always horrified when something looks so good on the rack/mannequin and then on me it's horrific.

Haha, I just made some online clothes purchases and am wondering if I will keep any - a model I am not!

I don't usually buy clothes online, it's too hard to get a proper fit. And I never get shoes online, it's hard enough to get them to fit when I buy them at a store.

Models aren't a realistic way of viewing clothing. We're made to feel like we'll never measure up unless we look like them.

Still, I hope you're able to find some purchases online that'll work for you. :)
