I had a political rant I was going to write this morning, but it turns out I feel like doing this instead. Maybe I'll do the political rant later. On to the wretched hive of scum and villainy that is professional cycling.

Floyd Landis has finally decided to admit to doping, for some reason I can't figure out. And he's saying a bajillion other

It does suck that only a few people got caught and had to pay for the systematic doping going on. I guess I'm just at the point where I want to be done with it. Those who got caught, got caught. Those who didn't, while I think they probably were doping, got lucky. I don't see any way to fix what happened in the past, so let's just presume innocence and start over with more stringent rules and testing. Landis making accusations he can't prove doesn't help anyone.

And yeah, it sucks that he's apparently been fucked up for a long time. I wasn't clear on what Johan Bruyneel meant there. I mean, evidence suggests Landis has ~problems, but Bruyneel also has a lot of incentive to assert that Landis has problems. So I'm not sure what to think.

I miss the adorable gay between Landis and Zabriskie too. It makes me sadface. :(
