Thanks so much for posting this! I had a paid account, but it’s expired so I’ll have to get one again. It’s soooo frustrating that they got rid of flexible squares.

I totally agree with you because while I have a paid account for my personal journal, none of my communities (this one, Graffiti Graphics, Pretender HQ, Outlander Watch, and a few others I'm involved in) have paid accounts so if you change the base theme you are working with then you are screwed. Which means I have to create a new workshop to be able to create layouts for different themes so I have the ability to still make Flexible Square layouts.

Thank you. I wasn't planning to change my layout but it's good to know if I want to, I can.

Thanks for doing all this work! I added this post to my memories just in case something happens. Right now, I'm thinking that I'll just never change my base layout again...

Right. I mean I plan on using Flexible Squares for as long as I can. I love it so there will be layouts for it. And it has literally been years since I changed it so I'm all good there.

I'm already using Flexible Squares and I have a paid account, but I wanted to say thank you anyway! Adding this to my memories for future reference.

Me too but I made the mistake of testing another theme and couldn't get back. Thankfully my personal journal is paid and I could do everything above to recreate what I had. *phew*

It's just our insurance policy.
