Hiya - not sure what I'm doing wrong but when I try to use this layout, the sidebar shows all the way down to the bottom but the actual entries don't begin until I've scrolled all the way down. The only way to have the entries showing next to the sidebar is to zoom until the layout is approx 50%.
Also, I created a header using 1500x400 but a chunk on either side isn't visible.
Do you have any tips for me to fix this? I can't have the screen that small because my eyes won't cope! Thanks in advance for anything you can suggest!
I can't see your image because it is locked. It is probably a friends setting.
However, I know what is happening. First, the header space isn't 100% width because the container of the layout isn't 100%. That would require some restructuring.
This happens because responsiveness isn't perfect. You are working with percentages that can be thrown off by padding and margins. Try downsizing the maincontent/alpha (depending on if you are FS or Express). Or you can make the width of the sidebar/beta a little smaller. The are essentially trying to overlap and that pushes the entries down below the sidebar.
