Turns out my Uncle Ian played squash for Papua New Guinea. I'm destined for greatness.

I submitted my first assignment for Uni. Big sigh of relief.

I baked M&M cookies for work, as we are Offline until Friday when we go live with the new system. Friday I get to spend the day out in the branches helping them with the new system.

It makes me really angry when my statewide equivalents who have NOTHING to do with the new system try and tell ME, who has been involved FROM THE START and is a TRAINER, how the system works. The fact that they're WRONG is another annoying thing altogether. When they also don't seem to register the implications of a multi-region consortia on ILLs and dismiss my concerns condescendingly, it makes me even more angry. And then you get the managers who have their meetings and try to understand the LLV system which they know nothing about and never will, and get bogged down in policies and unification of policies, which is ENTIRELY irrelevant considering we function without uniformity on a day-to-day basis!!
