So.. By some mirracle, it turns out that I went from a 15 minute 2 mile, back to a sub 20: 5k in a matter of 2 days.. not cool...as a matter of fact.. very odd... either way.. physical first thing in the morning...Then saturday is the first race....I tottaly hate all of the people taht I will be spending that time and energy for.. but coach is such
