Part of me fails to grasp how dangerous it would have been - I mean, if we're talking Ralf-crash-2004-bad fair enough, but is that what they were expecting? If we're talking Canada-2005-high-attrition-fun I would want them to race.
But then part of me remembers watching Ayrton Senna crash and knowing that he was as good as dead, so as much as the "race" stank yesterday I have to grumble and admit that they might have had a point.
But I still can't feel it in my guts that it was as dangerous as they thought, but I'm glad I didn't have to see a bad accident to prove me wrong.
Urgh, what a mess =(
