The show is crap now, and the majority of the fans have become almost cult-like in their worship of a certain character and actor. There are a few, and they know who they are, who have become my good friends and I'll keep them as

I don't think the show is crap :( But I do understand if you need to move on from a fandom. We all do it at some point.

I totally respect your opinion. It's one of the things that has always intrigued me about LJ, it's diversity. It's just the fact that this fandom seems to have deteriorated into such hatred and pettiness that I no longer want to be affiliated with it.

But, I'll stop in and "speak", as we tend to do down here in the South. 'grins'

It really sucks when a fandom (and its fans) lets you down. I hope you find another one that makes you just as happy (if not happier) as Supernatural once did.
