I hear ya. I've managed to lose a large amount of weight, but I have to fight for each and every pound. It's not like when I was in my 20s and it just sorta melted off when I ate nothing but salads.
Most of us have been there. Well, not the post-40 weight gain, but weight gain of some kind that we can't seem to make go away. It sucks and it can really bring you down if you're not 100% vigilant about it all the time. It sucks.
I'm with you, Lizzy. It's a neverending fucking battle. I'm looking forward to going on vacation, but dreading the inevitable 5 (10!) pounds I'll likely gain. Argh.
i gained 10+ in america and still haven't lost it. you fat fucks. it was my penchant for exploiting the free coke refills in every restaurant i went to, i think. :(
