Everyone's doing the ATKINS DIET... ive been a trainer since before i got out of High School... you guys are FOOLS... the ATKINS diet is designed for SUPER OBESE people... if youre lookin to lose 5-15lbs.. cut down the size of your meals.. eat 5 or 6 times a day.. BALANCED.. and hit the gym.. seems to work for me.. and about 3 million other people

Less food - healthy food, of course is a major factor.
Weight training works best for me. Plus it continues to burn fat even at rest. And.. you get to hang out at the gym.
