This is so complicated. O_O

I couldn't find a definition of bung except for a stopper.

I'll wait for the photos before I try it, just in case.

The ice cube thing is neat. Reminds me of those crazy bread tricks on yakitate!! Ja-pan. ;)

It's really not complicated, honest.

I think it sounds that way because I tried to be really clear and include all the steps and be wordy about it, so someone who hasn't done it before has a pretty good chance of making bread.

You should go check out my Flickr link, though. Because I made a whole tutorial in images for you! Now you've GOT to make bread. ^__^

Sorry I didn't get around to do this until now, but I've got the bread rising the first time right now! And, my forearms are sore. O_O Kneading is really hard. At first the dough was crumbly and I was worried I had done something horribly wrong, but I found stickiness in the middle. *phew*

It turned out well! I was worried because it didn't rise as much as your pictures, but it filled out while baking. I brought it over to a friend's house and we had some, and his wife liked it, which means it was good. :)

Thanks for the recipe. I'll do it again, since I've still got plenty of ingredients. I'm going to have to get something to hold the flour in, though. My cookbook has some suggestions on how to store it, so that shouldn't be a problem.
