2 years have passed and I was finally done with my military service. In those 2 years, I wasn't that focused with what I was doing because all I could think of was; How Sungmin was doing? Is she still waiting? Does she still love me?

My parents picked me up at the branch that I was assigned to. "Kyuhyun ah!" I almost died because of my parents' hug, but I didn't mind because I've missed them too. It was good to see them in good terms again, but since I'm back and I'm going to continue looking for Sungmin, things might turn into a different direction again. "Welcome back, Kyuhyun!" I didn't notice the Kims were also here, but of course, Sungmin wasn't. I was surprised when Seohyun hugged me, but I pulled away just in time before she could even kiss me.

What I don't understand is, how could they not care about Sungmin? She's been away for 2 years now and they don't even bother looking for her. Well, I wouldn't blame Sungmin if one of the reasons why she left was because she never felt love from her own family, especially when they found out that we were secretly dating.

"Appa, please bring me back to my apartment" I said as I carried my things to the car. My father helped with my things and we said goodbye to the Kims. They knew I was tired, so they just let me be. Thank goodness.

I'm finally back in my apartment. How I've missed the place. Nothing's changed though, it just became a little dusty. I should've asked my mother to clean it for me while I was gone. When I decided to sit on the couch and rest, I was surprised to see a plane ticket and a passport on the coffee table. I was surprised to see that it was mine and it was a ticket to.. Singapore. Sungmin. Underneath it was a letter which had "Kyuhyun" written on the envelope. This must be from my father.

I decided to read the letter and was surprised to see that it was from my mother. It was written there:

Kyuhyun ah, I'm sorry for everything, especially for forcing Sungmin to break up with you. I don't know what got into me that I never thought of your happiness, it is your life after all. I'm really sorry, my son. About the divorce with your father, it's never gonna happen because we love each other too much and we fixed things already while you were away. As for the Kims and your marriage, we'll take care of it. Now, go after her.

Love,
Umma
I started crying as I never expected that it would come from her. I better drop by my parents' house to thank both of them before I leave. The flight wasn't until 7 PM, which meant I still have a lot of time to prepare. I'm going to see you again soon, Sungmin. I smiled to myself as thoughts of seeing her again made me cry more. Once I see her, I'll hug her so tight and kiss her so passionately, then I'll say "I love you" non-stop to her.

Inside the envelope was another note that had her address written on it. Oh, my mother just made my search for her easier. I can't be more thankful enough for everything. She did make it up to me, big time.

When I was already done packing, I went to my parents' house to say goodbye and thank both of them. My father has always been so supportive of me, even before I entered the Army. As for my mother, despite the mistakes she made, she did everything just so I could find Sungmin.

When I arrived at the airport, I was an hour early for my flight, so I just waited at the coffee shop in the waiting area. When my flight was finally called for boarding, I immediately got up and went to the boarding place. I'm going to see her again, finally!

When the plane finally landed in Singapore, I got so excited that I ran through the people at the airport and just kept saying sorry all over again. I got a cab and told the driver to head to Sungmin's said address, because I couldn't wait anymore.

When we arrived, I knocked at the door and kept shouting. "Sungmin! Sungmin!" I could hear footsteps approaching the door. I got more excited this time. When the door opened, my smile turned into a frown as a guy was the one who opened the door, not her. Tears started forming in my eyes. She had already forgotten me. She already replaced me. I could hear my heart breaking into pieces.

A/N: Update before I leave for school. ^^
