KYUHYUN'S POV
After I received the call, I tried to stay calm and went back to the couch and resumed watching TV with my family. It was time for Jino to take his afternoon nap. Sungmin sung him a lullaby, Super Junior's "Marry U" to be exact, until he fell asleep.
When Jino was finally sleeping, I decided to bring Sungmin back to the couch and continue watching TV, while snuggling up to each other. I've been thinking about going back to Korea to introduce our son to his grandparents.
After thinking about it for a while, I finally decided to ask Sungmin. "Minnie, can we let Jino meet his grandparents?" She looked up at me, surprised at what I just said. I know that things between her and her family are not yet fixed, and I'm sure that my parents are trying their best to explain things to the Kims.
After staring at each other for a while, more like thinking for Sungmin, she smiled at me and nodded. "I want to see my family too" She said to me as I smiled at her and gave her a peck on the lips. "When are we leaving?"
"How about tomorrow?" I say to her and she looks at me, shocked. "Please, baby?" This is the first time I've used aegyo on her, but I hope it works.
"Fine" She finally gave in. I think I should use aegyo on her more. "But I'm still better in aegyo than you" She said as she slaps my arm and I just smiled at her. Well, she really is.
"Do you want to take a bath with me? I miss your scrubbing" I say to her with a smirk on my face and she immediately obliged. I figured this was the right time because our son was asleep. I got off the couch and pulled her to the bathroom.
While we were taking a bath, we sung our scrubbing song again. "Scrubbing Kyu, scrubbing Kyu, scrubbing Kyu, Kyu, Kyu" I've missed this, I've missed her, I've missed everything. I'm really happy that we're together again, and what made things better was we already have Jino to complete the family.
After we took a bath, we got dressed and headed for the kitchen to cook dinner. I hugged her from behind while she was preparing the ingredients and cooking some of it, just like the old days. While we were enjoying our moment, an adorable laugh echoed in the kitchen and I let go of Sungmin.
"Umma, appa, so sweet.. Hihihi" It was Jino and he was sitting on one of the chairs of the dining table. Both of us giggled at the cuteness of our son.
"How long have you been sitting there, little man?" I approached him and carried him while Sungmin was preparing the food.
"Just now, appa.." He said to me as he kisses my nose. I'm so lucky to have him as my son, so sweet and so gentle, just like his mother.
After eating and cleaning up, we decided to sleep early for our flight tomorrow. We need to leave early so we could get the best flight. The three of us slept on Sungmin's bed, with Jino between us.
The next day, we got up and took a bath, together. After that, Sungmin woke Jino up and gave him a bath while I packed our things. Kibum arrived and volunteered to take care of the place while we were away.
When we were finally done getting ready, we said our goodbyes to Kibum and got in the cab. "Where are we going?" Jino was still a little confused on where we were going, but Sungmin and I decided to keep it as a secret for a while and just smiled at him.
"Umma, why are we at the airport?" Jino asked Sungmin when we got out of the cab. I nodded at Sungmin, wanting to be the one to tell Jino.
"Jino, we're going to visit your grandparents today" I said as I ruffled his hair.
"Really?" He started jumping up and down and the people passing by stared and smiled at him because of his cuteness.
We got inside the airport and Sungmin went to one of the counters to buy our plane tickets. Since the line was a bit long, I took Jino somewhere because I needed him for a mission of mine.
When Sungmin was done buying our tickets, Jino and I just got back in time. Our flight was only an hour away and we decided to sit at the waiting area. I think it was the right time to do this. I stood up and pulled Sungmin so she would stand up as well.
I knelt down in front of her and didn't mind the looks we were getting from others. Sungmin was already starting to cry, already aware of what I was going to do.
"Kim Sungmin, I know we've been through a very rough road, but I'm glad that fate brought us back together. Even though we were away from each other for 2 painful and long years, I'm happy that I'm still the one who owns your heart. I never stopped loving you and fighting for you, because I would be a fool if I let go of the most wonderful woman on Earth. I love you, Kim Sungmin, and I'm ready to spend the rest of my life with you and with our son. Will you marry me?"
"Say yes, umma! Say yes" Jino got up from his seat and started tugging at his mother's shirt. The people around us were also cheering for Sungmin to say yes.
"Yes, Cho Kyuhyun, I will marry you" She said as she continued crying. I felt so happy that I cried as well. Nothing could be more perfect than this.
I slipped the ring on her finger, got up and kissed her. Everyone was smiling at us, including our son. We broke the kiss and had a family hug.
"Umma, I chose the ring.. Hihihi" Jino said when we broke the hug. "Appa took me to a jewelry store here, while you were in line for the plane tickets, and asked me to pick a ring for you" He said while jumping up and down. Both of us smiled at the cuteness of our son.
Sungmin gave me a peck on the lips as we went back to our seats and waited for our boarding time. When we were finally called to board, we got up and went to the boarding area. We gave our tickets to the stewardess, she even congratulated us, and we went inside the airplane.
When we were finally seated, we decided to sleep again, because we woke up early. When I woke up, we already landed in Korea. I woke Sungmin and Jino up and we went out of the plane. When we got out of the airport, our families were already waiting there, even Eunhyuk and Donghae.
When they saw Jino in between of us, all of them stared at him, eyes and mouth wide open.
A/N: I was really gonna end this today, but since I'm going somewhere in a few minutes, I'll just have to end it tomorrow. ^^
