KYUHYUN'S POV
As we approached everyone, they were still in the same position and were still staring at Jino. "Everyone, we would like to introduce to you our son, Cho Jino" Now, all of them were staring at us. After a few more minutes of staring, my mother was the first one to break the awkwardness.
"Oooh, my grandchild, you're so cute!" She said as she hugged Jino and started kissing his face. "Can you give grandma a kiss too?" Jino kissed her on the nose. My father and I laughed at my mother's silliness.
"Why didn't you tell me she was pregnant?" My father asked as both of us continued smiling at my mother and a giggling Jino. "Is he really your son?" I glared at my father's statement earning a laugh from him. "I'm just kidding. He looks just like you"
"I didn't even know she was pregnant, appa. Sungmin told me everything when I got there" I explained to him.
"Sungmin, I'm so sorry for everything" Aunt Leeteuk said as she hugged Sungmin. "We've missed you so much" Both of them started crying as Kangin and Seohyun joined in the hug. "I'm really sorry, my child" I could hear them apologizing to her for mistreating her, for neglecting her and everything.
"Why don't we continue talking at home? People are starting to give us weird looks" Uncle Kangin said as we all went to the van they brought. Sungmin, Jino and I decided to go with Donghae and Eunhyuk, so we could catch up on some things, especially about not telling them that we already have a son.
"Kim Sungmin, why didn't you tell me about this?!" Eunhyuk beamed while glaring at Sungmin. "We've been calling each other day by day and you never told me that you were carrying such a gorgeous little muffin" She continued and smiled at Jino.
"I'm sorry, okay. I didn't want to worry you, plus Kibum was already taking care of me" Sungmin explained. "And he is not a muffin, for your information, he's an adorable ball of sunshine" She giggled and kissed Jino's forehead.
Donghae and I could only laugh at the cuteness of our girlfriends, well, fiance for me. The girls continued chatting while the three of us just watched and listened to them. Jino would giggle every now and then at his mother's silliness when she would act out what she was telling Eunhyuk.
After a few more minutes, we finally arrived at the Kims house. When we got inside, everyone was already there, drinking coffee and munching up on some biscuits. "Jino, come sit on grandma's lap" My mother said and Jino ran towards her.
"Ooh, he's so cute! Hello, Jino. I'm grandma Leeteuk" Aunt Leeteuk said to him once he was finally seated on my mother's lap.
"My grandmas are so pretty, just like my umma.. Hihihi" Everyone squealed at his cuteness and my mother and aunt started pinching and tickling him, making him let out an adorable laugh which made everyone squeal more.
After a minutes of just giggling at the cuteness of Jino, everyone finally calmed down. "Kyuhyun and Sungmin, sit. You have a lot of explaining to do" Uncle Kangin ordered us and we sat on the couch that was in front of them, Eunhyuk and Donghae beside us. "Sungmin, you start"
"Everyone, I'm sorry for running off at the dinner a few years ago. Kyuhyun and I love each other very much, but when you didn't want us to be together, I broke up with him and wanted to leave so I could move on. You see, I was already planning on telling you about my departure, but when Aunt Heechul announced about the marriage, it just hurt me so much and I just left for Singapore without even asking for permission. And about our son, I only found out that I was carrying him when I fainted while I was working and Kibum brought me to the hospital. When I woke up, the doctor informed me that I was already on my 2nd month of pregnancy. Kibum stayed with me until I gave birth" Sungmin narrated.
"Kibum? Kim Kibum? The one who used to live with his family next door?" Aunt Leeteuk asked and Sungmin just nodded. "We owe him a lot for taking care of you" She smiled at Sungmin and Sungmin smiled back.
"Sungmin, we owe you a big apology. I know words are not enough, but will you please let us make it up to you?" Uncle Kangin asked as he stood up and hugged Sungmin, Aunt Leeteuk and Seohyun followed him.
"Of course, appa" Sungmin replied and started crying again. We just let the family be, knowing that they went through a rough road as well. Jino then got off of my mother's lap and joined in their hug. "Umma, don't cry" He said as he wiped Sungmin's tears.
When everyone finally calmed down and returned to their seats, I stood up and was about to announce my engagement with Sungmin, but Jino cut me off. "Umma and appa are getting marrieeeeed!" Everyone looked at us again.
"Jino ah, you should've waited for your appa to say that" My father said and Jino just giggled at him.
"But I want to be the one to say it.." He said, making my mother and Aunt Leeteuk smile at his cuteness. "Oh, umma and appa are blushing.. Hihihi" This boy, why does he have to notice everything, I'm so embarassed.
"Uncle Kangin and Aunt Leeteuk, I want to spend the rest of my life with Sungmin. Will-" I got cut off by Uncle Kangin as he stood up and gave me a hug. Does this mean he's approving of me and Sungmin?
"Kyuhyun, I called you and told you to come home because your parents and Leeteuk and I have already talked about everything. Plus, Seohyun's already with someone else now. We approve of your marriage" He said to me and I hugged him again. Everything was perfect again. Sungmin stood up and hugged her parents and Seohyun, thanking them.
Everyone stood up and congratulated us. "Sungmin, I hope I made it up to you already" I heard my mother say after she hugged Sungmin, earning a confusing look from her. "I was the one who told Kyuhyun to follow you when he was done with his military service. I even asked a friend of mine who lives there to find out where you live" She said and Sungmin hugged her again, thanking her.
"I'm sorry it took 2 years before I went there, I had to serve our country" I said to her and hugged her.
"I'm glad everything's okay now" Sungmin said as she gives me a kiss. Everyone looked at us with awe, including our son who was being carried by Uncle Kangin.
This was what Sungmin and I have always wanted. This was what we've dreamed of when we were planning on telling them about our relationship a few years back. Everything was okay now, everything was perfect.
EPILOGUE
Sungmin and I got married a year later and have decided to go back to Singapore and just live there. We would visit our families when we had time as I was already busy managing an international branch of our mall. Meanwhile, Sungmin was still working at Kibum's cafe, as a payback for taking care of her when she was pregnant.
Jino is already going to start schooling next year, but for now, I just take him to work with me or sometimes it's Sungmin who brings him. As usual, everyone would giggle at his cuteness whenever we'd go around the mall.
Jino grew up to be sweet and gentle like his mother, but he likes the color Blue and enjoys playing games, just like me. I don't let him get into the games too much, because Sungmin's gonna get mad at me if he grows up to become a game addict.
Our parents would sometimes be the ones to fly to Singapore to visit us. My mother and Aunt Leeteuk just couldn't get enough of our son that when they're here, they don't want to leave anymore.
After a few months, we went back to Korea to attend Eunhyuk and Donghae's marriage. Jino was once again, chosen to be the ring bearer, as he was also the ring bearer during Sungmin and I's marriage. It was also then that we found out that Eunhyuk was already on her 1st month of pregnancy.
We stayed there for another month because it was Seohyun who was getting married next with a guy called Yonghwa. Having the same situation with Eunhyuk, she was also pregnant as well, but she's already on her way to her 2nd month.
We were now back in Singapore and was enjoying an episode of "Spongebob Squarepants" until I heard someone snoring. When I looked at Sungmin to see if it was her, she was already looking at me, wondering if I was the one who was making the noise. The two of us smiled at each other, figuring out that it was Jino.
I carried Jino to his room, we already moved to an even bigger apartment so I could have some time with my wife. When I already placed him on his bed, we kissed him on his cheeks and left his room quietly. We went to our room as well to take a nap, well, that was what I thought. "Kyuhyun, don't you think it's time for Jino to become a big brother?"
