A/N: Kyuhyun's older than Sungmin by 2 years. ^^
"Kibum!" Sungmin shouted and hugged the person who took her attention away from her things. "I thought you were flying back to the U.S.A.?" Kyuhyun could only glare at the two as they were still in a hugging position. Kim Kibum, one of the hottest guys in their high school, SM High. Kyuhyun could remember clearly how Kibum would always flirt with Sungmin way back in high school, especially when he wasn't around. Sometimes, he would even be the cause of their arguments. From then on, the boy became a threat to him.
"My parents changed their mind, so I'm staying here" Kibum pulled away when he felt the deathly look Kyuhyun was giving him. He feels good whenever someone was jealous of him, particularly Kyuhyun, who owns the person he really likes. Thinking that Sungmin would soon be his, he never stopped flirting with her, which is why he chose this university in Daegu instead of one of the universities in Seoul. "Well, I have to go now. I'll see you around" He winked at Sungmin and left.
"My baby looks mad. How many times do I have to tell you that I'm yours and yours alone?" Sungmin moved towards Kyuhyun and wrapped her arms around the latter's neck. With only a few inches apart, Kyuhyun smiled and wrapped his arms around her waist before pressing his lips to hers. The two were enjoying their kiss until someone from outside the room coughed and made the two pull away. They were once again disturbed.
"Kiss later, you guys. Let's eat!" Donghae said and Eunhyuk laughed, looking at the now angry couple in front of them. They really know when to interrupt such a sweet moment.
The two then got their bags and went outside the room and Donghae got a soft punch on the shoulder from Kyuhyun for disturbing him and Sungmin. The group then headed to the canteen to have lunch. They were eating peacefully until someone slammed a bunch of flyers on their table, making the group throw an annoyed look at the person who disturbed them.
"Oh, I'm sorry, it's just so heavy" The guy apologized and kept bowing to them until Donghae stopped his head. Their annoyed looks turned into looks of pity, knowing that a little guy like him could carry both his tray of food and a thick set of flyers. "Can I eat with you?" He asked them and the four just nodded. "I'm Henry, by the way" The guy introduced himself before munching on his sandwich.
After introducing themselves to Henry, they continued eating peacefully. As soon as Donghae at the last piece of his onion crackers, the bell rang and caused the group to go to their respective classes again. Since Henry was also taking up Performing Arts, he went with Donghae and Eunhyuk.
"Alright class, I'll be giving you a pair project that will be due next month" The whole class groaned after hearing Professor Shin's announcement. "But I won't be pairing up the couples here" He pretends to be looking at everyone, but the couple he was really pertaining to was Kyuhyun and Sungmin who kept exchanging winks and smiles.
The professor started pairing up the students. "Cho Kyuhyun and Zhou Mi" Kyuhyun was surprised when he heard his name and looked around the room to see who he was paired up with. On his left side, in the seat near the window, a girl was waving at him. Kyuhyun smiled at her and brought back his attention to the lovely lady beside him.
Zhou Mi was feeling really happy when she found out that she got paired up with a hot guy, but she got pissed when the guy turned around and moved closer to the girl beside him. Zhou Mi was one of the girls who were staring at Kyuhyun this morning and she was determined to make him hers, no matter what it takes and even if he has a girlfriend. She just has to make him hers.
"Kim Kibum and Lee Sungmin" Kyuhyun's smile turned into a frown as soon as he heard it. Of all the guys his Sungmin could get paired up with, it just had to be with that guy. Sungmin's attention went to Kibum who was sitting in the back and she waves at him, making Kibum smile and wave back.
As soon as the professor was done, everyone was asked to meet with their partners and talk about what they were going to do for the project. Their project was to make some kind of sculpture that they can relate to Music.
"Hey. I'm Zhou Mi" Zhou Mi reached out a hand in which Kyuhyun gladly accepted as he introduced himself. While Zhou Mi was blabbering, Kyuhyun couldn't help but gaze at Sungmin every now and then to see how she was doing with Kibum. He trusts Sungmin, he really does, but he doesn't trust Kibum.
"Are you listening to me?" Zhou Mi stopped talking and looked to where her partner was looking. "Oh, so he's jealous" She thought to herself and smirked. Zhou Mi brought back Kyuhyun's attention when she held his hand, surprising the latter.
When Sungmin saw what Zhou Mi did to Kyuhyun, she felt angry and immediately left the room, leaving a dumbfounded Kibum. While she was walking, tears started flowing from her eyes. She couldn't help but get jealous and feel hurt at the little affection Zhou Mi showed Kyuhyun. Sungmin had a feeling that something wrong is going to happen soon because of this project.
Kyuhyun pulled back his hand and threw his look to Sungmin. When he saw that she wasn't in the room anymore, he ran outside immediately to look for her. "She must've seen. Aish, why did that Mi person have to hold my hand anyway?!" He thought to himself.
Zhou Mi felt triumphant over what she just did. She knew it was a good start if she wants to steal Kyuhyun, but she has to be patient if she wants him to fall for her. A lot of things went through her mind while thinking of other ways to take Kyuhyun away.
