Summary: A girl finds herself falling for her older brother's best friend, but what would happen when her older brother decides to go to the U.S.A. to work and entrusts her to him, will she take it as a chance to make him fall for her even though she knows she's not his type?

A/N: My first not-angsty chaptered fic. Hope you like it. ^^
"Yah, Lee Sungmin, wake up! You don't want to be dragged out of bed again, do you?" Donghae shouted while banging on his younger sister's door. He had been knocking on her door for more than 4 times already, but because Sungmin was a heavy sleeper, his knocks weren't effective.
After a few more knocks, Donghae just decided to open her door and drag her out of bed again. It was a good thing that Sungmin was very light, though she eats a lot most of the time. When Donghae finally managed to find her feet under the creased, thick blanket, he pulled her out of her bed, and when her face hit the carpeted floor, she finally woke up. "Yah! You're such a meanie, oppa. My face, my precious face" Sungmin whined.
"It's not my fault you're so hard to wake up. Sheesh!" Donghae let go of her feet and helped her stand up. "Go and take a bath now, breakfast is already cooked and I'm already hungry" Donghae told her and Sungmin immediately obliged.
Donghae and Sungmin have been living on their own ever since their parents left them to go to Europe to work. Their parents did leave them enough money for their studies and necessities, but because Donghae was the practical type, he knew it wasn't going to be enough for them, so he decided to become a working student. He worked as a waiter at his best friend's family owned cafe.
Even though they've lost contact of their parents a long time ago, it just tightened their brother-sister relationship more. They would always help each other in times of trouble and would never ever let each other down.
"Finally, you're finished. I thought the bath tub swallowed you or something" Donghae spoke when he saw that Sungmin was already downstairs. "Let's eat!" He said, as he got up from the couch and made his way to the dining area, with Sungmin trailing behind him.
"Minnie, I'm gonna introduce you to my best friend later. He's gonna come here to play video games with me" Donghae spoke with his mouth full of bread and bacon. Sungmin just nodded as she herself was enjoying her breakfast.
When the two were finally done eating, they washed their own dishes, brushed their teeth and finally left their house to go to school. The walk to the university was quiet as both of them had their earphones on, listening to whatever it was that was playing on their mp3 players. When they reached the campus, they said goodbye to each other and went to their respective classes.
After classes, the two would go home separately as Donghae still had to go to work. When Sungmin got home, she was surprised to see someone lying on their couch. She was about to hit the guy when he opened his eyes and stopped her. "I'm not an intruder! Donghae told me to come here and wait for him to finish his shift so we could play video games"
Sungmin was so speechless and couldn't stop staring at the guy in front of her. She was so mesmerized by his looks that it took her a while to realize she was staring at him. Sungmin immediately bowed and apologized to the guy. "I-I'm sorry, I'm Donghae's sister, Sungmin" She couldn't help but smile as she spoke.
"I'm Kyuhyun, your brother's best friend" Kyuhyun smiled at her and Sungmin swore she was about to faint.
"Oh, so you're the one my brother works for" Sungmin remembered that Donghae said that he's working for his best friend's family.
"It's like that, but my family doesn't treat him like an employee, he's actually like a member of the family" Kyuhyun replied and Sungmin felt relieved knowing that his brother wasn't being mistreated at his work.
"Wait, how did you get in, by the way?" Sungmin decided to ask, curious on how he got in because the only ones who had access to their house were Donghae and her.
"Your brother gave me his key" Kyuhyun smirked.
"Is this guy trying to kill me or something? He looks so handsome" Sungmin thought to herself.
"Ah, I see, I'll be going to my room then. I still have Math homework to do" Sungmin spoke when she got back to her senses and started making her way to the staircase, but before she could even step on the first stair, Kyuhyun spoke.
"Maybe I could help you with that? I myself am a Math genius anyway" Kyuhyun smirked and Sungmin just couldn't turn down the offer. She made her way back to him and sat beside him. Sungmin then pulled out her Math book from her bag and opened it to the page of her homework.
While Kyuhyun was helping her, Sungmin couldn't help but glance and smile at him. When Sungmin turned around again, she was surprised to see Kyuhyun looking at her and the space between their lips were only inches apart.
