Summary: He left her without knowing that she was carrying a part of him. She moved on with her life and with their daughter. But when destiny decides to reset everything between them, will they allow it to?

As soon as Kyuhyun heard what Onew said, he made his way back to his car. After placing Taemin in the passenger seat, he ran to the driver's side and got in. When he finished fastening his and his daughter's seatbelt, he started his car's engine and followed Onew's car, leaving all of the paparazzi confused.
When they got to the hospital, Onew lead the way to Sungmin's room. As soon as Kyuhyun entered the place, he was greeted by the sight of a sleeping Sungmin with a huge bump on her belly. "So this is how she looks like when she's pregnant.. Still as beautiful as ever" Kyuhyun thought to himself as he caressed Sungmin's cheeks.
Kyuhyun then moved his hand to Sungmin's belly bump and caressed it as well. "Hello, baby" He said as he gave the bump a kiss. Kyuhyun was already certain that it was his child, because if it wasn't, then Onew wouldn't have told him. And if it wasn't really his, then he would probably go mad and cry endlessly because Sungmin cheated on him, though he was the one who did wrong. In his mind though, he was still wondering why she left him in the first place.
Kyuhyun was still in deep thought when the little girl who was standing beside him suddenly spoke, which startled him. "Appa, who do you love, umma or that other woman?" Taemin asked as she looked up at Kyuhyun and placed both of her hands on her waist.
"Taemin ah.." Onew spoke from beside her as he covered her mouth. Kyuhyun could only smile at the two of them as tears started to form in his eyes. He knew he has a lot of explaining to do and he knew that his daughter knew about his "relationship" with Victoria. Well, who wouldn't know?
Kyuhyun knelt down in front of Taemin as tears started falling from his eyes. He hugged his daughter and began talking. "I'm so sorry, baby. It's hard to explain, but please believe in me when I say that your umma is the one I love" Kyuhyun pulled away from her as he cupped her chubby cheeks.
"Appa.." Taemin spoke as she held her father's hands. "Tell that to umma. When I am already old enough to understand adult stuff, then you can tell it to me" She added as she pointed at Sungmin who just woke up from her deep slumber.
Kyuhyun stood up and wiped away his tears as he looked at Sungmin and smiled at her, while the latter was shocked at whom she saw. "We'll just go out for a walk.." Onew spoke as he carried Taemin out of the room. They didn't go out for a walk though. When they got out, Onew placed Taemin down and the two of them peeked inside the room and listened to whatever Kyuhyun and Sungmin were talking about.
"Minnie.." Kyuhyun said as he caressed Sungmin's cheeks. "I missed you so much.." Kyuhyun added and started crying again. "Why did you leave me? Why didn't you tell me that you were pregnant?"
"Kyu.." Sungmin spoke as she tried getting up and Kyuhyun assisted her. "What are you doing here? Victoria will get mad at me if she finds out that you're here. Oh, and that Minho guy.." Sungmin added as she started crying again due to jealousy and fear.
"Minho? Why do you know him?" Kyuhyun asked as the name was familiar to him. He hugged his wife and started patting her back to calm her down.
"I-I.." Sungmin couldn't finish her sentence. She was afraid that Kyuhyun might do something out of anger and that could ruin his reputation.
"Tell me the truth" Kyuhyun's voice was firmer, but still soft, so as not to scare Sungmin.
"We met before I left you. Someone told him to spy on us. He showed me the pictures he took secretly when you, Taemin and I went to the botanical garden. He told me to stay away from you because if I didn't, he would reveal those pictures to everyone and your career will be in danger" Sungmin explained as she hugged her husband back. "I really didn't want to leave you, but I had to, because of your career"
"Victoria! She planned all of these. Minho's her cousin. He's the author of that stupid magazine. He must be the one who took that pic.." Kyuhyun held Sungmin tighter. He knew he had to explain things to Sungmin; particularly the picture and all of the articles.
"What?!" Sungmin was shocked with what her husband said, but before she could even get mad, it was already time for her to give birth. "Kyuuuuu! Call the doctor.. Aaaaaah!" Sungmin yelled. Kyuhyun, who was about to explode due to anger suddenly panicked and ran outside to call for a doctor and a nurse.
Onew and Taemin heard everything and felt relieved, but when they heard Sungmin's yell, they panicked as well and started looking for a doctor and a nurse. When the doctors and nurses heard Kyuhyun, Onew and Taemin's panicking, they rushed to Sungmin's room.
Sungmin was brought immediately to the delivery room with Kyuhyun holding her hand. As for Onew and Taemin, they had to wait outside and pray for Sungmin's successful delivery.
"Alright, Ms. Lee, when I say push, push, okay?" The doctor instructed and Sungmin nodded. "Push!"
"Aaaaaaaaaah!" Sungmin pushed with all her might while Kyuhyun wrapped his arm around her and his other hand held hers.
"You can do it, Minnie" Kyuhyun whispered soothing words to her, though he was really nervous. Inside him, he was really happy because he was there for her, but he couldn't help but regret not being there when Sungmin gave birth to Taemin.
"Just a few more push, Ms. Lee" The doctor was already holding the baby's head. After a few more push, a loud cry was heard as the baby finally came out.
"Good job, baby" Kyuhyun said as he hugged Sungmin and kissed her forehead. He then did breathing exercises with her to normalize her breathing.
"It's a boy" The doctor said as he handed the baby to the couple.
"I'll call him Jino. Cho Jino" Sungmin said as he looked at Kyuhyun and smiled. The latter smiled back at her and gave her a gentle kiss.
"Welcome to the world, Jino" Kyuhyun said as he caressed his son's cheek.
The nurses took away the newborn baby to clean him up and Sungmin fell asleep after she and Kyuhyun shared another kiss.
