Kyuhyun was on his way home from grocery shopping when he caught sight of a figure across the street, the same figure he hurt 7 years ago.

He could still clearly remember what he did that up until now, he still felt like an idiot for leaving him and for getting stuck in a marriage that he wasn't supposed to be in in the first place.

When the man looked back at him, his breath hitched and his heartbeat fastened. "Sungmin..." It was as if on cue that he crossed the street towards the said man.

He was only a few meters when he stopped on his tracks and went back to the other side of the street, hiding behind a car.

Kyuhyun was afraid of what Heechul might do to him which is why he could only look from afar as the two friends got inside their car.

7 years and he could clearly see that Sungmin became more dashing, but he couldn't help but feel sad because there was still longing in his eyes when their eyes met. They were still longing for each other.

When he got home that night and was greeted by his wife, he just ignored her, just like how he would always do ever since they got married, except when their daughter was present.

Kyuhyun knew that he wasn't supposed to be here, he was supposed to be by Sungmin's side. When the latter left him years ago, he felt devastated and became more depressed when he found out that Victoria was pregnant and their parents wanted them to get married.

Despite the protests of his parents and his sister, who got angry at him for what he did to Sungmin, he went on with the marriage, not knowing what was going on in his head at that time.

He went straight to their room and slumped on his bed. Despite sharing the same room with Victoria, their beds were separated.

"Sungmin..." Kyuhyun chanted until he fell asleep, tears flowing gently from his eyes. He wasn't aware of his wife's presence though, who at the moment was also crying because of anger and jealousy.

"You'll be the librarian for now. If there's already a vacant in our Language Department, we'll put you there" The principal said as he toured Sungmin around the school campus.

"Thank you, sir."

"Ah. Here's the library. Good luck on your first day" The principal bid Sungmin goodbye and went back to his office.

As the day went on, Sungmin started to feel comfortable in his working area, even though students flirted with him, both boys and girls.

When the bell rang, he began placing back the books in their right shelves and left the library. As soon as he got out, he was mesmerized by the Christmas decorations and lights surrounding the school halls.

He was about to head to the parking lot when he saw Luna, the student who went back and forth in the library that day, looking for books about different languages.

Sungmin made his way towards her and he heard her talking to herself.

"How am I gonna get home? Dad and mom will surely kill me" Luna asked herself as she sat at a bench by the bus stop. She thought she had enough money to ride the bus home since she had to stay late in school to help in decorating the Christmas trees in the campus, but it turns out, she left her wallet at home.

"Luna? Why are you still here? It's late already" The said girl turned around and noticed that it was one of her teachers, Mr. Lee.

"Mr. Lee", she stood up and bowed then continued, "I wanted to help in decorating the Christmas tree, so I stayed. I thought of going home by the bus, but I don't have my wallet with me" Luna explained.

"Is that so? Well then, come with me, I'll drive you home" Mr. Lee said as he made his way towards the school's parking lot. Luna nodded and trailed behind him.

When they got in the car, "Where do you live?" Mr. Lee asked as he started the car's engine. Luna didn't hesitate to give her address. She knew that her teacher was a nice man and was well-known for being the coach of their school's choir which had already won hundreds of medals, in and out of South Korea.

"Manhattan St.? Ah, that's just a few blocks away from my condo" Mr. Lee said as he stepped on the acceleration pedal and drove towards his student's house.

After 20 minutes of listening to instrumental music and going around the city, Luna pointed at a house and Mr. Lee headed there and stopped right in front of it.

"Next time you plan on staying late in school, don't forget to bring your wallet or you can just come to my office, so you can save money" Mr. Lee advised as he smiled at his student and she smiled back.

They both got out of the car and Mr. Lee, being the gentleman he is, escorted Luna to the house's front door. "Thank you, Mr. Lee. I'll remember your advice."

When the door opened as soon as Luna rang the doorbell, Mr. Lee's jaw dropped when he saw the person who opened it. "Good evening, appa." The former greeted her father and was about to bid goodbye to her teacher, but got cut when she heard the two men speak.

"Min?"

"Kyuhyun?"
