Kyuhyun ran around their apartment getting all of the things they need. They knew this day would come, they just didn't think it would be tonight. Kyuhyun then helped Sungmin get off the bed and they went outside to find a cab. Good thing that a man was nice enough to offer his cab when he saw Sungmin's state.
When they got to the hospital, Sungmin was rushed to the emergency room while Kyuhyun waited outisde and kept walking impatiently in front of the room, obviously nervous and impatient. "Please let everything go as planned. Please, please, please" Kyuhyun said. He also called their friends to know that Sungmin's giving birth already.
"Oh, Kyuhyun, where is she?" Leeteuk asked and hugged him.
"She's inside" Kyuhyun replied.
"Where is the hot momma?" Heechul wanting to ask too.
"She's inside" Kyuhyun replied, this time glaring at her because of annoyance.
"Calm down, Kyuhyun. Everything's gonna be alright" Donghae said while hugging him. "I know this isn't the right time, but she wanted to be here because she wanted to apologize to Sungmin" Donghae added while looking at Eunhyuk.
"Is Sungmin alright?" Eunhyuk asked.
"I hope" Kyuhyun responded and smiled.
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH" Sungmin wanted to get it over with. "Just a little more push, Ms. Lee" the doctor, Mr. Shin, said to calm her down.
Sungmin was getting tired of pushing. She never thought it would be this painful to give birth, especially to twins. "KYUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUHYUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUN" she shouted with all her might. Finally, the oldest one was out and it was a boy. The nurse cleaned him first.
"I need my husband, please" Sungmin instructed and the nurses went out to call Kyuhyun.
"Excuse me, but who's the husband of Ms. Lee?" a nurse asked.
"I am" Kyuhyun immediately answered. "What's wrong? Is she alright?" Kyuhyun added.
"She's fine, sir, but she told me to call you. The last one is about to come out" the nurse replied with a smile. She then let Kyuhyun inside the emergency room.
"TWINS?!" Leeteuk, Heechul, Ryeowook, Kangin, Siwon, Yesung, Eunhyuk, Donghae and Henry all said excitedly. The girls then hugged their boyfriends, well, except for Ryeowook and Eunhyuk.
Yesung could feel that Ryeowook was jealous of her friends for finally being with the ones they love, so he decided to bring Ryeowook to the hospital garden.
"Wookie ah, do you know why you were the one I wanted to be friends with?" Yesung asked while holding her hands. They were standing in the middle of the bridge above the pond.
"Because you like me?" Ryeowook responded and smiled. "I'm just kiddin-" she was cut off by Yesung's lips on hers.
"Yes. Do you like me back?" Yesung said as he broke the kiss and looked into her eyes.
"No.." Ryeowook said, making him frown. "I love you" she stated and hugged Yesung.
"So.. Will you be my girlfriend?" Yesung said and got a nod from Ryeowook. They kissed again.
"I'm here, baby, I'm here" Kyuhyun said as he ran towards Sungmin and held her.
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH" Kyuhyun and Sungmin shouted together, and the last one came out and it was a girl. The nurse took her away to clean her first.
When the two babies were finally cleaned, the nurses gave them to Sungmin so she could name them. The baby wrapped in a blue towel was named Sunghyun and the baby wrapped in the pink towel was named Minkyu.
Kyuhyun smiled at her and hugged her and his babies. Sungmin then kissed her babies before she fell into deep slumber because of the tiring process she went through. The nurses then took again the babies to let them stay in the nursery for a while. Before Sungmin fell asleep, she mouthed an "I love you" to Kyuhyun, but before the latter could even answer, Sungmin was already asleep.
"I love you too, so much" Kyuhyun said to the sleeping figure and kissed her.
Sungmin was moved to a new room. When everything was finally settled, their friends went inside.
"So, what are their names?" Heechul asked excitedly.
"Sunghyun and Minkyu" Kyuhyun said proudly.
"Ooh, such adorable names!" Leeteuk said giddily.
While the friends were busy chatting, Donghae pulled Eunhyuk outside.
"Hae, why are we here? Shouldn't we be mingling with them?" Eunhyuk asked curiously.
"I want to ask you something. I've been wanting to ask this for a very long time now" Donghae said, looking into her eyes.
"What is it?" Eunhyuk responded.
"I've always liked you, Lee Hyukjae. I didn't know how to tell you, because you always ignored me" Donghae narrated. "I want to be with you" he added.
"Finally! I thought you'd never ask" Eunhyuk said and hugged Donghae.
"I-I don't understand.. The first day.. Chemistry.." Donghae was dumbfounded.
"I was playing hard to get, okay?" Eunhyuk smiled at him and kissed his cheek.
Kyuhyun never left Sungmin's side. He looked at how she was sleeping peacefully with a smile on her face. He feels really happy to have such a wonderful girl as his wife and two lovely babies to complete their family. "I will always love you.." he whispered to her ear and kissed her forehead which made Sungmin wake up.
"Hmm, I will always love you too" Sungmin replied. She pulled Kyuhyun for a kiss and their friends aww-ed.

All were already in their last year in high school and were happy, especially Kyuhyun and Sungmin. They have each other and a perfect family. During classes, Sunghyun and Minkyu would be left in the clinic under the care of Amber and Luna, or sometimes, Kyuhyun's mom would go to their apartment and babysit her grandchildren.
Kyuhyun and Sungmin were able to graduate together with their friends even though they were busy parents. After their graduation, their parents decided to have them married. Sungmin's parents went back to Korea to help with everything and just work there, so that they will be able to visit their daughter and grandchildren.
"Now that we're married, you're mine and mine alone.. forever" Kyuhyun smirked as he kissed Sungmin passionately on their honeymoon.
"I've always been yours and I will always be till death do us part" Sungmin smiled and kissed him again.
"You don't know how much I love you and how happy I am that fate brought us together" Kyuhyun said.
"I don't know, but I can feel it. Who knew the wrong choices would sometimes have the best results?" Sungmin replied with a smile, making Kyuhyun confused. "That dare you did to me brought us together" Sungmin clarified and she kissed him again. "I'm glad fate made me do that dare, because if it didn't, I wouldn't be with the most amazing girl and the right one for me" Kyuhyun thought to himself.
Kyuhyun and Sungmin continued their studies, but both also worked part-time jobs to support their 1-year-old children. Sunghyun and Minkyu were very supportive of their mom and dad and would always cheer them up whenever they were tired. A simple hug and kiss would make Kyuhyun and Sungmin's day. Sunghyun looked like his dad and also got his personality, while Minkyu looked like her mom and also got her psersonality.
"Sunghyun, Minkyu, we're home!" Kyuhyun declared as they entered the room.
"Mom, where are you?" Sungmin shouted. Her mom was the one who was taking care of Sunghyun and Minkyu.
"S-Su-Sungmin.." her mom called her in a weak voice.
"Umma!" "Aunt!" Sungmin and Kyuhyun ran towards the woman who was lying on the couch with blood covering her body.
"What happened?! Where are my children?!" Sungmin started crying as she hugged her mother. "Kyu, call an ambulance!" she ordered her husband.
"S-someone t-took t-them.." her mom replied.
Sungmin cried more as the thought of her missing children pierced through her heart.
Kyuhyun dropped the phone after hearing what Sungmin's mom said.
