Blimey! It's February Already!
Been silent for quite a while, but have been working - honest!
Nanowrimo meant that I have ended up with 37,000 words of an original novel that I do aim to complete. I also hope to complete it before November so I can write another one in my second attempt to win Nanowrimo!
Since the end of November, I did no writing in December - far too caught up with work (it being the busiest time) and Christmas and illness. In January my muse returned to me (she doesn't like snot ;) lol) and I was able to start my smallfandombang which thankfully meant that I was able submit my rough draft on the deadline. Now all I need to do is finish it!
Once that's finished I will hopefully then pick up the original novel again and get cracking on that. It's 37k and nowhere near half way through yet so I think it may be of epic proportions once I finish the first draft!
My cross-stitch that I have been working on is still not even half finished (even though originally I was trying to finish it by 14th October 2011!) It is, however, looking good and a weekend of the husband working and me not having anything planned other than writing, movies and cross stitch should solve the "not even half way" issue. (I always plan big lol)
On another note, had a fantastic dream with Alan Rickman in it the other night, may have to make the movies all AR based ;)
