Oooh, an update
So we're snowed in. B is working from home and I actually got a job that was to start this week, but since I can't get my drug test or go to orientation, that's all put off. We're low on french toast ingredients (bread, milk, eggs) but we have lots of other food, so all is well ( Read more... ) -

Merry Christmas to everyone who celebrates. It's a low key day for B & I, just hanging around the house. Of course, we're supposed to see snow today, so it's probably a good thing.

Things here are just bumbling along. The kittens are way stoned this morning, so I'm having to fight them for every pen and pencil I try to use. The shenanigans with B's dad's passing haven't yet ended, but hopefully in the next couple of weeks the worst of it will be over, with her getting half. I got accepted into college again! I had pretty much given up getting accepted in time for summer session, but I made it. Woohoo. Now I have to remember how to work and study and sleep and not die. ;) It's for a 2 year program and I've decided to go for computer science, cause I want to learn about database administration.
