[Not surprisingly, Meiling is once again fast asleep. But this time, something feels off. In the almost three weeks she's been at Mayfield, she's only spent one night in an actual bed. The rest of the time, she's been sleeping outside the Kishin house. So the feeling of being in an actual bed instead of sprawled out on the front porch of a house is

[Oooh, for some reason, this bed feels so much more comfortable than the one Akihiko has at home. In fact, it's so comfortable, he hasn't quite woken up yet.

He's laying on his stomach and hugging the pillow, dressed in his usual pajamas and muttering something to himself as he sleeps. Peacefully, it seems like.

... but probably not for long]

[Picking up on the muttering, Meiling glances to the side, noticing she is not alone in the bed.]

[Cue surprised scream as Meiling jumps out of bed, nearly tripping on the nightgown she knows she didn't fall asleep in.]

W-W-What the heck--!?

[That wakes him up, and he yelps and tumbles off of the bed]

W-who is that--?!
