Is it me, or is the Lancashire Music Service totally useless?

Two weeks ago I auditioned to move up from the Lancashire Schools' Symphony Orchestra to the Lancashire Youth Symphony Orchestra, I was told at the audition I would get a letter telling me yes or no later that week.

By next weekend I still didn't have a letter from them. The Monday after I received two letters from the Lancashire Music service. I

Also, according to them, my boyfriend is called Hazel... and at least 2 other of my friends... I turned up to one concert "Hi Hazel! I'm Hazel, and this is Hazel and Hazel!"

Heh, I can sympathise with that. I once received a fairly confidential letter from the NHS.
My faith in their confidentiality was somewhat shaken when the letter opened "Dear Miss Smith..." :|

Is it really so difficult for these people to learn how to mailmerge properly? :D
