I took my first outdoor swim of the year today! :D We went to a lake called Västersjön with Sam's parents today, and I forced myself to take a dip. At first it felt like the water was freezing, but after like ten minutes of doubting, I finally take the plunge, and after only being submerged for a few seconds, I find that I really enjoy it. The
