Making the army of zero-one
Progress:
- snap shots taken of walker from 2nd Renaisance from all angles available
- planned out structure of walker's "head piece". It will be a hollow tube like structure with holes placed into it for the "eyes". The eyes will glow by placing into the eye sockets a circuit of red led lights. I'll be venturing to active electronics to see what they have available. Basing the capabilities of the lights off front headlights of remote control vehicles. Rice/wax paper and/or red paint will be used to defuse the light to the desired glow. Hoping to use a power supply based off AA batteries which will be placed in the back shell. A switch will hidden on the body of the machine.
- planned out making of walker's legs. Flexible metal with black rubber layering. They will be fitted down through the mid-shell. hoping that 3-4 of them will be stiff enough to be used as the base.
- current plan is to create the back shell out of crafting putty. this may be a problem due to where it would put the model's center of gravity. thinking craft it out of clay, make a plaster mold out of the clay, then possibly use some kind of spreadable plastic. Must investigate further.
- combat robots (terminators) are on the way from both companies
- trash robots are on the way from ebay
- sentinels are here, need to get them from mike (still learning how to use my cell, saw that you called), touch them up so they look less toyish and get them properly mounted
