Alright, I've been looking into this today and I'm currently waiting on a call back from my brother for more information on it.
I started researching here.
I checked out the loan/grant information and there is definately money out there. Even more if we utilize francophone connections.
For those of you interested in such a venture, we need to get organized. A business plan is needed as well as specific goals.
We need to examine what each of us can bring to the table and work from there, imho.
For example, I can bring computer technical, systems development, user testing, sales, and customer service. I have very limited management, statistics, and accounting skills.
