Flitting through the galleries,
Picasso's nudes,
Dante's landscapes,
Bosch,

The world in twisted loops
And impotent,
A garden hose all tied in knots.
It is so magnificent.

Hold tight my hand, my arm,
My beautiful amore,
My delight of sweetest softest dust.
The halls continue unabated.

Your tobacco eyes

And stray

Grace unbound,

Her voice all ripples over underwater pebbles,
Running the bobbin,
Rubbing down the rough and raised.

She opens bitter
To malted mellowness,
Unfurls the alabaster kiss
And Swedish phrasings
Next to Alabama answers
Seemingly naive.

A look into her eyes,
And you forget her...
