i just had a reallyyyy good workout =] im getting back into it cause ive been soo sick lately..i did 30 min on the treadmill (5 min intervals so 5 min @ 6 mph, 5 min @ 8 mph X3)--not sure if everyone will understand that, whatever. this is my 4th day going to the gym this week and im proud of myself since ive been so sick. i also havent eaten
