After attending SNL last Saturday night, (You know, the one with Harry Potter as host? Yes, that one.) the rest of the week was fairly quiet. 
Except that The Girl did get to skip school Wed. and we went into the city on a cool field trip with Kidsday New York. She had a free cooking lesson but more importantly, got to kick around the city with her

I just read your guest post at Dear Teen Me. Thank you for sharing a part of your life and some advice to your younger self. Dear Teen Me is one of my favorite sites to visit, not because of the content - which I always find so touching and honest (and brings me to tears too many times to admit), but it is also a great place to learn about some new authors and books. And it has brought me to your blog. I just added your book Fangirl to my Goodreads list so I will remember to check it out in August!

So I'm curious, how can I get one of your Fangirl buttons? Or was that just a rhetorical question?
