And congrats on going vegan. I'm working on getting there myself. Been a vegetarian for almost 11 years, but cutting out cheese and eating out is going to be tough. I'm determined to do it one of these days though!

As for the Vegan/cheese thing.. yeah.. I miss it sometimes but only when I haven't eaten enough.. I get these weird cravings for things. Living in CA does help though.. so many choices.

That's great that you decided to turn Vegan. Good luck with that. I recently turned vegetarian and it really isn't hard, but I plan on turning vegan later in life and I think that is a lot harder. I can't turn vegan just yet because I am still a teen stuck in my parents home where they buy the food and they already get fustrated at me being a vegetarian and all, but once I get settled on my own, I should be good to go.. hehe see you tonight! <3 Love ya-Jessica

You know what is funny? When I first became vegetarian living in my parents home... in the first grade...(funny, huh.. I was an odd child)...they gave me such hell about how they were not going to make "special meals for me" and they were concerned because I've always been anemic but I had major allergies and asthma issues.. so I stopped eating the meat and what happens...?? Most of my asthma went away.
Most recently, I have been having issues with Asthma again.. so I went "vegan" wishing this would control my asthma and so far.. it's getting better again. I totally relate to what you are going through. Our parents just care so much, you know..they want their kids to be healthy..just look at it that way.
