it went quite smoothly. aside from having a shitload of furniture to put together, ( hello, IKEA ) I think I'm good..

so i live in brooklyn now, and much closer to work.

next project: finding a (better) higher-paying job.

i'm just about ready for moving day on thursday.

on the whole it feels pretty good. ( i wish it had happened sooner! ) however. as relieving and liberating as it is, it also comes with the epiphany that my solitude will be very, very complete. i could be looking at not a few years, but decade upon decade of singledom. would i be surprised if ( Read more... )

I'm running Sims 3 on a unibody macbook pro. The game runs quickly and loading time is minimal. There have been graphical overhauls, although most of it is lost on the Mac version of Sims 3. THERE IS NO ANTI-ALIASING AVAILABLE for the mac version of the sims. So essentially I have a 2000$ piece of equipment that doesn't run the game up to its ( Read more... )
