[The scene takes place in the little garden in the back of Willow -- and now, also Hope's house. Hope can be seen curled up, droplets of rain falling down on him, but the boy does not seem to be bothered by that in the slightest.]
Mom… I miss you. I -- I miss you s-so much, I can't… [His voice breaks into sobs, and when he lifts his face, it's clear

Hope-kun, you're going to catch a cold like that. [His voice is soft and surprisingly calm.] Please, tell me where you are now.

[Hope really needed some time alone. He'd figured the garden would be a better pick than his room, where he would be found in an instant - it was a small house, after all.
He would spend another half an hour just sitting there, staring at the sky and breathing in the fresh air in complete silence. Remembering friends he'd left. Remembering his mother, who he would never see again...]
[When Hope finally rises to his feet and enters the kitchen, he looks slightly better - his face still devoid of any color, but at least the tears have stopped falling and he's able to breathe evenly again. ...Almost. Seeing Willow, he forces a tiny smile.]

[He tries, but his seemingly happy expression quickly gives way to indescribable sorrow. He glances at the table and at Willow again, realizing she must have seen - or at least heard everything, which makes him feel a little uneasy. After all those bold words of advice - or was it even advice - he has given, there he is, standing in front of her, all miserable and...-- ]
Achooo!
[ --...well, soaked to the skin.]

[What do you say in situations like these?]
Did you want someone there?

[Because if you are he is coming over. Not that he is sure what he would do... But you shouldn't be alone.]

[He knows Willow must be inside, but the point is, he'd rather avoid company.]

Hey! Hey don't cry! It'll be okay! You love these people right? And they love you? Then even if they're not standing right next to you or those Animalwhosawhatsits make you think things are happening that aren't, they're still with you in your heart! And you're with them! It'll be alright. You're never far away from your friends, not as long as you remember them.
[He takes a deep breath. Maybe saying that all almost in one breath wasn't a good idea.]
But you probably shouldn't be sitting out in the rain like that. Apparently there are some nasty monsters here and you might get sick.

O-of course I do, they... they're all I... have, but... things... things don't always w-work this way...
[He glances up.]
Uh... the sound of water h-helps me calm down.

Of course they do! You just have to think positive thoughts. Even if they aren't with you anymore or aren't here it doesn't mean that you didn't do all those things together or that you're alone now. They're still with you in your heart. They always be. And if you really feel alone, then I'll be your friend. Okay?
[He's having conflicting feelings right now. He promised Riku he wouldn't leave the house until all this event chaos was over and done with, but he didn't want to leave this guy on his own.]
You can always open the window in your house and listen to it from there.

[Hope might have a difficult time believing what Sora says, but the other boy's optimism is kinda... contagious. Still sobbing silently, he finds himself unwillingly nodding at his words.
Then, he just hangs his head, not really sure how to respond.] My name is Hope.
And... I guess I could.
