I have thought conference has been really good so far. I was over at the church watching the satelite broadcast for most of the day. I really enjoyed Elder Oaks talk on the sacrament. I thought President Uchtdorf's and Eyring's talks on callings during the Priesthood session was also very insightful. Living in a branch, both my wife and I struggle at times with multiple or difficult callings and these two talks really touched me. The talk during the afternoon session of conference on Zion was also very insightful to me personally.

Hopefully the remaining part of conference will be great as well. I will be taking the whole family over to the church in the morning for the first session, and will probably catch the rest on the internet at home.
