My neighbor is twice my age. He's got one kid older than Caileen and one younger. They're basically good kids, and he has good intentions for them, but dammit sometimes the guy can be so ghetto

Ugh. We have new upstairs neighbors who like to hang out in and around their car. Sitting in the car, on the car, sometimes blasting rap music. Nothing says "I'm selling drugs out of my trunk!" like a car blasting rap music. I don't think they're up to anything, probably just bored, but it is definitely ghetto. We told them (truthfully) that the cops in our area are assholes who like to harass people, and there have been no musical interludes since then. Maybe you need to call in an anonymous noise complaint?
