One of the interesting things about Wellbutrin is it has a lot of stimulant-esque side effects, even though it isn't technically a stimulant. Increased irritability, aggression, sexual drive, appetite suppression, insomnia... And of course there is my favorite Adderall side effect, "unreasonable happiness" which in this case is the desired result.

I found the first week of Wellbutrin to be the worst because it was so "speedy" that the first few days were nearly overwhelming for me - you know how sensitive I am to stimulants in general. By day 6 and 7, I was actually handling it okay. While the upped dosage was noticeable when I did go to two, it wasn't anything like that first week. YMMV of course, but that was my experience. I started at 150mg and moved to 300mg
