-The next morning-
“Noona…!” A five years-old boy tickles his sleeping sister. “Wake up.” He got on top of her and continues to tickle his sister.
Yu-Rin laughs as she wiggles her way out of her little brother’s mischievous scheme. “Okay, okay. I’m up.”
“YAY…!” Yoogeun jumps up and down as he succeeds on waking his sister up.
“Let’s go wash up.” She told him.
“I’m finish.”
“Eh?” Yu-Rin looks at her brother, oddly. “Who helped you?”
“This lady that lives here.” Yoogeun answers.
“Araso...” She nods her head. ‘Must be one of the maids.’ She thought to herself. “Just wait for me, okay?”
“Nae...”
Thirty minutes later…
“Okay, let’s go to school now.” Yu-Rin says, getting out of the room.
Yoogeun nods his head.
“Finally…” The others shout as they waited for her in the living room. “What took you so long?”
“Sorry.” Yu-Rin apologizes.
“Let’s go.” Hailie rolls her eyes. “We still need to go home.”
“Right...” Yeon-Mi nods her head.
“I’ll take you.” Ki says.
“Let’s go.” Yu-Rin holds onto her brother’s hand and walks toward the door.
“Going somewhere?” A young man asks as he leans on the doorframe and smirks.
Yu-Rin groans. ‘Just when I thought I would leave this house without seeing that jerk face.’
“Oppa, please not now. It is early in the morning.” Ki said. She is also surprise to see that her brother is up early.
“Is that how you see me as, dongsaneg?” He asks her sister. Then he continues on, “A mean jerk.”
Ki didn’t say anything. ‘That’s how you been acting the past years.’
“If you have nothing to do, then can you move aside?” Yu-Rin asks. “I would like to leave this place, so I don’t need to see your ugly face.”
Jaejoong snorts. “It is not like I want to see your ugly face too.”
“Then move!”
“No!”
“Why?” Hailie joins in the conversation.
“Because…”
“Because what?” Kelly glares at him.
“Hyung, we’re done!”
Jaejoong heard his best friends shout. “Okay! Bring it out!”
“I thought you said that you are not a mean jerk!” Ki shouts at him. “What is the meaning of this?”
“You’ll see.”
“OPPA…!”
“GO!” Jaejoong moved out of the way and taking Yoogeun away from his sister. He took Yoogeun away from his sister because he did not want to involve a little child with their situation. He decided it is best to keep the little child away from the “grown-up” games.
“Geunie…!” Yu-Rin shouts, trying to take him away from her enemy. However, she couldn’t because something hard landed on her and made her wet. “Yah, who the fuck threw that at me?”
“Unnie, they are throwing water balloons at us!” Yeon-Mi points at the four jerks.
“Yoogeun, let’s go get some cookies with hyung.” Jaejoong smirks as his plan is going so well.
“Yay… cookies…!” Yoogeun jumps up and down in excitement.
“C’mon, hyung will take you to the kitchen.” Jaejoong picks him up and sits him on his shoulders.
“Whoa! SUPERMAN…!” Yoogeun spreads his arms out like he is flying.
Jaejoong smiles at the cute boy on top of him. “Hang on tight!” Then he begins to run around the house and into the kitchen.
Yoogeun is having so much fun that he is laughing so much.
Jaejoong stops because he got tired when he was running around the house.
“Hyung, again!” Yoogeun says, not knowing that his hyung is tired from running around the house. “Hyung…?”
“Hmm…” Jaejoong looks up at the little boy.
“Let’s play again.” He says.
Jaejoong nods his head and starts running around.
Meanwhile…
“Yah, let’s strike back!” Ki shouts as she hands her best friends some water guns.
“Yah…!” Hailie agrees. “The war has begun!”
“I would like to see you try.” Yoochun smirks as he holds onto a water balloons in his hands and aims it at her.
“We’ll see.” Hailie smirks as she begins to aim her water gun at him and shoots. “SCORE!”
“Oh yeah…” Yoochun starts to run around the mansion as he holds onto the water balloons.
“Yah, come back here coward!”
“Who’s a coward?” Yoochun stops at his track and throws another balloon at her. “BOO SIKE!”
As the time goes, these two would get back at each other. If one’s strike, the other would strike back. If no one strikes, all they would do is chase after each other.
“Surrender, Mr. Wanna-be-smarty-pants.” Yeon-Mi aims her water gun at him.
Changmin smirks. “I would like you to try.” He throws another water balloon at her.
She smirks. “Okay.” She walks closer to him and starts to squirt the water onto him. “Surrender, now?”
“Nope…” He slams the water balloon on her head.
“Ow!” Yeon-Mi rubs her head.
“Oh my…!” Changmin’s eyes widen in shock. “Are you okay?”
Yeon-Mi smirks. ‘Victory!’ Immediately, she squirts the water onto him once again.
“Hey!” Changmin is surprise that he was tricked by her. “You cheated.”
“That’s what you call smart, baby.” She sticks out her tongue at him and starts running away from him.
“Hey, come back here!” He chases after her with his water balloons.
With these two, they try to get back each other by using tricks and mischievous schemes onto each other.
“Su, you wouldn’t dare throwing that water balloon at me, right?” Ki tries to use her charm on him.
Junsu gulps as he is debating on what he should do. ‘Fuck! What should I do?’
“Su, you love me right?” Ki walks closer to him, hiding her water gun behind her back.
Junsu looks away as he doesn’t want her to see him blushing.
“Awe…” Ki says. “How cute… You’re all red.”
Junsu tries to calm his heartbeat down. However, what took him surprise was that he felt his shirt getting wet.
“You think I would let you get away from what you have been doing to my friends.” Ki smirks as she blows onto her water gun. “That’s revenge, baby.”
Junsu looks at her with hurt and betrayed. ‘I should’ve known that was coming. She would not forgive me for I took side with her brother and hurt her friends.’
“Awe… Is the dolphin sad now?” Ki smirks. “Well, how do you think I feel when you hurt the people who are close to me?”
“I-I’m sorry.” He says.
“Forget it.” She says. “You and your friends want war! We’ll give you war!” She aims her water gun at him once again.
“Babe, let me explain.” Junsu tries to stop her.
“Who’s your babe?” She hissed. “The last time I remember I was single.”
“Babe…!” Junsu shouts, not wanting to hear another hurtful word from her.
“Don’t call me babe ever again!” Ki snaps. “This war just has started.” With that said, she left him to find her best friends.
Junsu just stands there, heaving a sigh. “Will she ever forgive me?”
Meanwhile…
“Hyung, I want more!” Yoogeun grabs onto Jaejoong’s arm.
Jaejoong smiles at him. ‘He is so cute. Who would have known that slut has a cute brother.’ He thought to himself. “Okay, this is the last one.”
Yoogeun nods his head and gives him a tight hug. “Thank you, hyung!” Then he begins to munch onto the cookies.
Jaejoong just smiles at him.
While Jaejoong and Yoogeun are eating cookies in the kitchen, Yu-Rin was hiding behind the wall, spying on them.
“Am I seeing things?” Yu-Rin mumbles to herself. “This can’t be right.”
She keeps on looking at the two in the kitchen, having a great time together.
“Hyung, let’s play!” Yoogeun says after he is done eating his cookies.
“Okay.” Jaejoong picks him up in the air and asks, “What do you want to play?”
“AIRPLANE!” He spreads his arms in the air once again.
Jaejoong laughs and holds him in front of chest. Then he runs around the house once again while making airplane sounds.
Yoogeun was laughing and having so much fun with Jaejoong that made Yu-Rin smiles to herself.
‘Is he the same person? It can’t be. No, I don’t want to believe this. I must be dreaming.’ Yu-Rin thought. She doesn’t want to believe that the jerk is playing with her brother. ‘What is he trying to proof? Can he actually be nice? Nah, that is not him at all.’
“Rinnie unnie…” Ki taps onto her shoulder when she spotted her.
“Ah!” Yu-Rin jumps in fright. She has low spirit. Therefore, if someone creeps on her, she would get scared easily.
“It’s me, unnie.” Ki says.
Yu-Rin takes a big deep breathe before calming her heart down. “You scared me.”
“What are you looking at?” Ki asks her.
“Tell me what you are seeing right now is true.” She says, pointing to the direction where Jaejoong and Yoogeun are playing around.
“Yeah, it’s true.” Ki says.
“I’m not dreaming?”
“Nope...” Ki shakes her head. “Why are you surprise?”
“He…” Yu-Rin begins. Then she pauses before continuing what she has to say. “is playing with my little Geunie.”
“Yeah…” Ki smirks, understanding what she meant now. “Liking the view?”
“FUCK NO!” Yu-Rin immediately denies.
“Um-hmm...” Ki keeps on smirking at her best friend. ‘I know you are falling for him. Don’t deny it.’
“But… Is that really your brother?” Yu-Rin asks. “I mean your gay ass brother.”
Ki’s smirk got wider and wider. “Yup, that’s him. Why?”
“You sure you don’t have another brother that looks like him.”
“Oh yeah, you haven’t met Youngwoong. Have you?” Ki wants to tease her.
“What?” Yu-Rin asks her. “You really do have another brother that looks like that jerk face?”
“No, dumb ass.” Ki rolls her eyes. “I have only one brother.”
“Then explain that to me.” She points at the scene in front of her.
“Easy.” Ki shrugs her shoulders. “He loves kids. Well, he always has.”
Yu-Rin’s jaw drops. “That player loves kids. No way…!”
“Yeah...” Ki smirks. “However, no one knows that because he is a player. So, he keeps it to himself.”
“Then how do you know?”
“I’m his sister.” She told her. “I know everything about him.”
“Everything, eh?” Yu-Rin smirks. ‘Maybe I can start blackmailing him.’
“Wipe that smirk off.” Ki says. “I know what you thinking. But sorry to keep your hopes up, I don’t know everything about him anymore. We aren’t that close as we used to be.”
“Huh?”
“It’s the past.” Ki told her. “I don’t really want to talk about it.”
“Oh… Okay.” Yu-Rin heaves a sigh. ‘Damn… I guess not.’
“C’mon, let’s go.” Ki says, dragging her best friend away from her hiding spot.
“Are you having fun?” Jaejoong asks the little boy.
“Nae!” Yoogeun shouts. “Hyung is the best!”
Jaejoong smiles at his compliment.
“What about noona then?” Yu-Rin pouts as she crosses her arms over her chest. She was standing behind Jaejoong.
“Yeah, don’t forget about me too, Geunie?” Ki joins in.
“Noonas…!” Yoogeun grins. “I love you too!”
“No, you don’t.” The two young women frown.
“I love Ki noona because she gives me ice cream!” Yoogeun explains.
Ki giggles. “Araso… so you only love me when I give you food.”
“No.” Yoogeun doesn’t understand what she is trying to say. “I love Ki noona because… uh…”
“It’s okay, Geunie.” Ki smiles at him. “I love you too.”
Yoogeun smiles at her confession.
“I’m still mad that Geunie doesn’t love this noona.” Yu-Rin pretends to cry.
“I love noona the best!” Yoogeun shouts, cheering his sister up. “Don’t cry, noona.”
“Hey, didn’t you say that hyung was the best?” Jaejoong asks the little boy.
“I-I did.”
“Then, no taking back.” Jaejoong sticks out his tongue at Yu-Rin.
‘So fucking childish.’ Yu-Rin thought to herself. “Geunie loves noona the most, right?” She asks. ‘Two can play this game.’
“Nae!” Yoogeun shouts.
“But Yoogeun loves to play with hyung right?” Jaejoong asks.
“Nae…” Yoogeun nods his head.
Jaejoong sticks out his tongue at Yu-Rin.
“Okay!” Ki stops both of them. “You guys are being so childish now.”
“He started it.” Yu-Rin glares at Jaejoong.
“Well, you continue it.” He sticks out his tongue again.
“It doesn’t matter who started or who continued it.” Ki heaves a sigh. “It’s a shame that you are confusing the poor little boy with your childish games.”
The two didn’t argue with her since what she said is true.
“C’mon Geunie, it’s time to go to school.” Yu-Rin says as she checks to see what time it is.
“Awe…” Yoogeun pouts. “Do I have to go to school?”
“Yes.”
“But I don’t want too.” He pouts. “I want to play with hyung.”
“Kim Yoogeun!”
“Araso...” He is sad because he couldn’t continue to play with Jaejoong.
“How about this…?” Jaejoong suggests. “I’ll take him to school.”
Yu-Rin looks at him oddly. ‘Did he just eat something wrong?’
“So?”
Yu-Rin heaves a sigh. “Fine... but we have to go home first.”
“I’ll take you.” Jaejoong immediately says.
Yu-Rin looks at him in a weird way. “Why?”
“B-because…” He thought for a while. “It is faster.”
“Ki is taking me home.” She told him.
Jaejoong heaves a sigh. “Look, I don’t want to fight in front of a child here, so just let me take you home.”
Yu-Rin thought about it and nods her head. “Fine, under one condition.”
“What?” He hissed.
“Ki is going to with us.”
“What?” Ki looks at her best friend. “Why?”
Yu-Rin just gives her a puppy face. “Please…” She pleads her best friend.
Ki heaves a sigh. “Fine...”
“Hey, you cannot agree without my consent.” Jaejoong says.
“Then give me my brother, and I’ll leave.” Yu-Rin extends her arms in the air.
“No!” Yoogeun refuses to let go of Jaejoong. “I want to be with hyung.”
Yu-Rin looks at her little brother. ‘What did he feed him? Yoogeun never acts like this toward me. Just a couple of minutes with him, he already refuses to be with me. I’M HIS SISTER FOR GOD’S SAKE!’
“Kim Yoogeun.” She hissed.
“Noona is mean.” He begins to cry. “I want to stay with hyung.”
Yu-Rin heaves a sigh. ‘What have I done? Fuck my life.’ She just glares at Jaejoong.
Jaejoong calms him up by jumping up and down a little and smoothing his back. “Don’t cry, Geun. Hyung is here. Hyung is not going anywhere.”
Yu-Rin sees what he was doing. ‘Is this really him? Why is he so kind and different?’
“You know we have to take him to school now before he is consider late.” Ki interrupts them.
“Oh right.” Jaejoong nods his head. “C’mon, what are you waiting for?” He grabs onto Yu-Rin’s hand and drags her out of the house.
“Bye!” Ki waves at her best friend with a smirk. “Have fun!”
Yu-Rin just glares at her best friend as she was being dragged by her worst enemy.
“Does he need a baby car seat?” Jaejoong asks as he gently places Yoogeun in the car.
“No.” Yu-Rin replies.
“Good.” Jaejoong says as he helps Yoogeun with his seatbelt.
Yu-Rin was about to go around the car and sits beside her brother, but Jaejoong stops her.
“You’re sitting in the front.”
“What!”
“Have a problem?”
“Yes.”
“Well, too bad.” He sticks out his tongue again.
‘Boy I think he did drink or eat something wrong. His brain isn’t functioning right. Did he forget that I’m his enemy?’ Yu-Rin looks at him weird.
“All set.”
“Yup...” Yoogeun claps his hand.
Jaejoong closes the door and opens the passenger’s door for Yu-Rin.
Yu-Rin rolls her eyes. “You know I have hands.”
“So?” He closes the door and walks around the driver side.
Once he got into the car, he looks to his side. He noticed that Yu-Rin hasn’t fastened her seatbelt. Therefore, he leans over to her side.
Yu-Rin notices that he is leaning to her side. She holds onto her breathe as she closes her eyes. ‘What is he doing? Is he really going to put on a show with Yoogeun in here?’
Jaejoong reaches to grab onto the seatbelt strap and buckles the strap for her. “For your safety.” He whispers in her ear. He looks behind at Yoogeun and winks.
Yoogeun just smiles at him, not knowing what is happening.
Yu-Rin slowly opens her eyes to see that the seatbelt is buckle. She turns to her side to see Jaejoong giving her a smile.
He buckles his seatbelt and drives off to the road.
‘What is this feeling that I’m feeling? How can one night change everything? He is confusing me with his acts. Ah! He must have really eaten something wrong. That’s it. It has to be it.’ Yu-Rin thought to herself as she keeps on making funny faces.
Jaejoong would always sneak a peek to his side. Each time he peeks, he would see different faces on her. He tries to hold onto his laughter. However, what you can see is his smile. ‘She’s so cute! Wait… What am I thinking?’
‘What is he smiling about?’ She thought to herself as she sneak a peek at him when he isn’t looking. ‘But he has a cute smile. WAIT! WHAT! No way, I did not think that! Get a grip Yu-Rin. He is your enemy. You cannot think that way.’
Yoogeun, who was sitting in the back, saw everything. He begins to smile. ‘Noona likes hyung. Hyung likes noona.’ He thought to himself as he slightly laughs to himself.
Meanwhile…
“Ki, we need to go home now!” Her best friends shout at her.
Ki nods her head. “I agree. You girls all are soaking wet.”
“It is because of those fuckers.” Hailie cusses as she puts all of the blame on the three young men.
“Achoo!” Yoochun sneezes out of a sudden. “Yah…! Who is thinking about me?”
Hailie rolls her eyes. “More like talking shit.”
“Achoo!” He sneezes again.
“C’mon let’s go.” Kelly says, ignoring the three young men.
“Where are you going?” Yunho asks. “Remember you’re my slave now.”
“No, I am not.” Kelly fights back.
“Yes.” Yunho grabs onto her wrist and drags her away from her best friends and stepsister.
“Kelly!” They shout.
“Hey, I can’t leave without my sister!” Kelly tries to get out from the tight grip.
“She’ll be fine.” Yunho tightens his grip as he drags her to his car.
“And you are coming with me.” Changmin also grabs onto Yeon-Mi’s wrist and drags her away with him.
“I’m waiting.” Yoochun taps his shoes onto the cement ground with his arms cross. “You don’t want me to drag you like the others, right?”
Hailie glares at him. Then she looks at Ki with a sorry expression.
Ki just nods her head, understanding her situation.
Hailie heaves a sigh and walks toward Yoochun. “Fucking asshole...” She mumbles.
“Achoo!” He sneezes once again.
“C’mon, I’ll take you to school.” Junsu offers.
“No!” Ki denies. “I’ll just ask my butler to take me to school.”
Junsu heaves a sigh and follows her.
“Why are you following me?” She stops at her track when she noticed that he is following her.
Junsu just shrugs his shoulders.
“Mr. Bae!” Ki calls out for her butler.
“Yes, young miss.” Mr. Bae bows.
“Take me to school.” She commands.
“I’m sorry, young miss.” Mr. Bae apologizes. “Young master has ordered us to not take to you school for today.”
Ki turns to glare at Junsu since she couldn’t glare at her brother. Then she heaves a sigh as she knows that if they betrayed her brother’s order, they will lose their jobs. “You’re dismissed.” She waves her hand at him.
Junsu just smiles at her.
She continues to glare at him.
“C’mon, you will be late if you keep standing there and glaring at me.” He grabs onto her hand.
“Don’t touch me!” She swings her hand away from his grip.
Junsu heaves a sigh and tries once again. This time he tightens his grip.
“Ow.” She complains.
“I’m not falling for it this time.” He says.
“JERK…!”
“Babe, can you listen to me?”
“NO!”
“KIM KI!”
“WHAT!”
“I love you!”
“No, you don’t!” Ki shouts back. “You two-timing jerk!”
Junsu groans. “Look, missy!” He glares at her. “You’ll listen to what I have to say to you, got it.”
Ki gulps and nods her head. ‘Whoa… He’s scary’
