We Belong Together
I am very pissed at LJ! It says that my chapter was too much or something like that. T___T So I had to break it down. Therefore, this is why I called this Chapter 7: Part 2B because this is the second half of Part 2. Grrr... I didnt even wrote A LOT!! I dnt understand LJ at times. -___- Oh well... Enjoy! ^^
The next day…
“Oppa, lets hang out today.” Ki says.
“Okay.” He agrees with her since he had nothing to do especially on the weekend.
“Where do you want to go?”
“The amusement park!” Ki shouts.
“Okay.”
Hours and hours later…
“Ah! That was fun!” Ki says as she is hugging onto her human size teddy bear that her brother won for her by shooting hoops.
“Yeah, it was.” Jaejoong nods his head. “What’s next?”
“The beach?”
“Sure.” Jaejoong says. “But let’s go eat first.”
“Okay.”
“What do you want to eat?”
“Oppa, choose.” Ki grins.
“How about Japanese?”
“YAY!” Ki shouts. “SUSHI!”
“Sushi, it is!”
-At the restaurant-
“Oh god, I’m full!” Ki burps. “Ops...”
Jaejoong laughs. “You sure are one of a kind.”
“Hey.” Ki pouts.
“Just kidding.”
“Whatever.”
“Ready to go now?”
“More than ever.”
“Let’s go then.”
-At the beach-
“Having fun?” She asks.
“Yup...” He replies. “And you?”
“I had so much fun today.” She told him. “I wouldn’t forget this day ever. Thanks, oppa. You’re the best oppa ever.”
“Cut it out, already.” He pushes her a little. “You are freaking me out.”
“I mean it.” She pouts even more. “I was being serious. You are the best brother ever. I would never change you one bit.”
“Yah, I’m just a loser.” Jaejoong says. “There’s nothing great about me.”
“Don’t say that, oppa.” Ki says. “You are a good person. You have a kind heart. Anybody would love you for that. You are very handsome too.”
“Psh…” He scoffs. “You’re just saying that because you’re my sister.”
“No, I mean it.”
“And you’re acting very weird now.”
“I love you, oppa.” Ki says out nowhere.
“See what I mean.”
“I said I love you, oppa.”
“And…?”
“Don’t I deserve one back?”
“Araso.” He heaves a sigh. “Saranghaeyo.”
Immediately, tears cascade when her brother said those beautiful three words to her.
“What’s wrong?” Jaejoong begins to panic. “Did I say something wrong?”
Ki shakes her head. ‘I’m going to miss this biggest idiot. I hope he can take care of himself while I’m not around. Mian, oppa. I cannot be with you from now on. Maybe someday in the future, we’ll see each other again. As of now, it is a goodbye.’
Jaejoong stays silent as he doesn’t know what to do. He is lost and confused by his sister’s sudden action. ‘Why is she crying? I know that she and Junsu are having problems. However, none of them are speaking to me about it. Junsu is totally like a jackass now. And now my sister is… different. What is going on?’
“Oppa, can I hug you?”
He sighs and moves closer to her.
Without any hesitation, Ki immediately wraps her arms around him and cries her eyes out. “I’ll miss you, oppa. Take care of yourself.”
Of course, Jaejoong heard her. However, he didn’t question her about it because he thinks that she is just thinking about Junsu. He never thought that those words for meant for him and not for another.
Three days later…
“WHAT!” Yunho shouts in surprise. “What do you mean she is gone?”
Jaejoong cries. “She’s gone! Her things are not here! Her room is empty beside her bed and some other things.”
“Are you sure?” Yoochun frowns. ‘Where are you, babe? Why did you leave?’
Jaejoong heaves a sigh and gives them the letter that Ki left behind. “This was what she wrote for us. And this other one… is for you, Su.”
“WHAT!” The three friends shout. “THAT’S CRAZY! SHE’S INSANE!”
“She did not expect us to move on without her, did she?” Yoochun cried.
“NO!” Junsu cries as he read the letter. “No! This can’t be! I don’t believe this!”
“What?” Jaejoong asks. “What did the letter say?”
“She broke up with me over the letter.” Junsu cried. “NO! I don’t believe this.”
“WHAT DID YOU DO?” Jaejoong angrily shouts at him. “I DON’T GET THIS! SHE WAS… OMFG! HOW CAN I NOT SEE THIS IS GOING TO HAPPEN? HOW CAN I BE SUCH AN IDIOT?” Jaejoong begins to break down.
“Don’t worry, hyung.” Changmin pats onto his back. “We’ll find her. I’ll help you.”
“Count me in.” Yoochun says. “I’m worried about her.”
“You can always count on me too.” Yunho says.
“Can I join?” Junsu asks. “I need to clear some things with her.”
Jaejoong glares at him. “You…”
“Jae, leave it.” Yoochun shakes his head.
“Yeah, it is not his fault that things happened.” Changmin says.
“Agree.” Yunho joins in. “We were all drunk. Anything can happen when we were unconscious.”
Jaejoong heaves a sigh. “I know it is not his fault. However, this is my sister we are talking about. If it was some other girl, I wouldn’t give a crap. But this is my baby sister we are talking about.”
“I understand how you feel.” Yunho pats him on the shoulder. “I mean who wouldn’t. One is your sister and the other is your best friend.”
“Let’s just use time to clear everything up.” Changmin suggested.
“As time goes by, we will forget everything and move on.” Yunho adds.
“Let’s hope so.” Jaejoong looks up at the ceiling. ‘Dongsaeng, wherever you are, I hope you are doing fine. I’ll find you soon. I promise you that.’
