My Love Comes With A Pack
This is not the last part of the drabble. This is close to the last part but it's not there yet.
“I wish ahjusshi can be my mommy.” Moonbin cried. “Whenever appa is not home, I feel so lonely. When I’m with ahjusshi, I feel so happy. Now I’m going to miss you. We are not going to see you anymore.”
Jaejoong rubs Moonbin’s back. “It is okay. You can come and visit us.”
“Really?” Moonbin brightens up at the wonderful news. “I can?”
“Yes, but with your father’s permission.” Jaejoong sternly says.
“Awe… okay.” Moobin frowns.
“Ahjusshi Su, come and live with us, please?” Chanhee pleads Junsu.
Junsu laughs at the child. “Mianhae, Chanhee. Ahjusshi cannot just move in with you like that.”
“Why not?” Chanhee asks. “I’ve seen hyung do it all the time. He brings the girls to our house.”
Junsu looks at Yoochun with a ‘What-the-fuck-are-you-teaching-him’ look.
“Yah, Chanhee…” Yoochun scolds him, trying to play cool. “I do not do that.”
“Yes, you do.”
“No, I don’t.”
“Yes, you do.”
“Yah, enough!” Junsu groans at the half siblings. “You guys are a family. We do not fight each other.”
“Says the one who fights all the time.” Jaejoong rolls his eyes.
“Well, who is the one who started it first?” Junsu glares at his cousin.
Jaejoong raised his hand in the air. “Not going to say anything.” Then he zips his mouth with an imaginary zipper.
Moonbin just smiles at his favorite ahjusshi and pecks his lips.
Jaejoong just gives him a smile, while his own son glaring at Moonbin for stealing his father’s love.
“Please, please, please, pretty please?” Chanhee gives him the puppy look. “If you move in, I won’t be a bad boy anymore. I will listen to very single word you say.”
“Chanhee…” Junsu sighs. “Why are you acting like this?”
“That’s because I know after the stupid performance is done, we won’t see you anymore.” Chanhee looks at the ground.
“I see…” Junsu nods his head. “How about this? After the performance, no, I meant to say, whenever you want a buddy, you can come and visit me or I can go and visit you.”
“Are you going to bring Inhwanie too?” Chanhee asks.
“Why? You don’t want me to bring him with me?” Junsu asks him in curiosity.
“No, no, no… I don’t mean that.” Chanhee immediately replies. “Please bring him too.”
Junsu rubs his hair and says, “Okay.”
Chanhee’s eyes become wide in shock. “Ahjusshi tricked me!”
Junsu laughs and says, “I was just teasing you, Chanhee.”
Chanhee pouts. “Ahjusshi is mean.”
Junsu laughs even more.
“Say smile.” Jaejoong sneaks behind his cousin to capture the pouting face of Chanhee. “Awe… This is so cute!”
Junsu shakes his head at his cousin’s weird hobby.
Before Yooguen could say anything to Changmin, he already said, “No.”
“But I didn’t ask yet.” Yoogeun pouts.
“You don’t have too.” Changmin says. “Your friends had their part in saying. Now I am giving you my answer.”
“But you don’t even know what I am going to say.” Yoogeun argued.
“I don’t need to know what you are going to say. I just know that my answer will be no.” Changmin says.
“Yah, aren’t you too harsh on him?” Kyuhyun asks.
“No, I’m not.” Changmin says. “I’m just showing him that he cannot get everything he wants.”
Yoogeun pouts. “I thought ahjusshi Minnie would like it if I move in with you.”
Changmin smiles at the little boy and bends down to his eye level. “As much as I like that idea, but the answer is still a no.”
“Actually, it is my idea for him to ask you.” Kyuhyun honestly says.
Changmin looks at the man and then at the little boy. He does not know who to believe. “I’m listening.”
“Well, you see… After the performance, I have to an urgent business to take care of.” Kyuhyun starts.
“As always, it has to do with your work.” Changmin rolls his eyes.
“Look, this is partly your fault too, okay.” Kyuhyun accused him.
“What? My fault? How so?” Changmin raised his voice a little as he glares at the man.
“You knew that I had business with people from overseas, but no, you made me ditched them just for this stupid performance.” Kyuhyun says.
Changmin did not say anything because he knew it was partly his and his best friends fault as well that he lost a huge amount of money for that reason.
“So, as in favor to replenish your fault, please take care of Yoogeun for the time being.” Kyuhyun says.
“How long?” Changmin asks.
“I don’t know.” Kyuhyun says. “A year or so.”
“Are you crazy!” Changmin shouts at him. “You’re going to leave him under my care for more than a month!”
“Well, I’m not sure how long it is going to take me to get back my customers. I did not just lose one or two customers. We are talking about millions here.” Kyuhyun says.
Changmin heaves a sigh, not understanding the business world. “Well, are you going to come and visit him once in a while at least?”
“Yes, I will try my best.” Kyuhyun says.
“Is this what you want, Yoogeun?” Changmin asks the young boy.
Immediately, Yoogeun nods his head.
“Then, as a friend, I will accept the offer. HOWEVER, under one condition.” Changmin says.
“Name your price.” Kyuhyun says.
“You must call him at least once a week.” Changmin says.
“Deal!” Kyuhyun gives his friend a hug. “Thank you, Min.”
“Yeah, yeah…” Changmin rolls his eyes. “So, when are you leaving?”
“Uh…” Kyuhyun lets go of his friend and backs away. “Tonight.” Then he runs for it.
“WHAT!” Changmin shouts. “ARE YOU KIDDING ME!”
“I’m sorry! Didn’t I mention that it was an urgent call?” Kyuhyun apologizes.
“Oh… You better come back here because once I get you, you are dead!” Changmin chases after him for putting so much responsibility onto him.
While Kyumin are chasing after each other, the rest just watch the show and laugh at their friends.
