After forty years of walking around, doing this and that, everyone's going to have calluses and tough soles to their feet. Dad's old epilepsy medcine made him retain water, and the soles of his feet swelled as well, about a year or so ago. After he stopped taking it, everything went down, except his feet, and the calluses popped off. Every since ( Read more... )

I love you Chelsea, I hope you know that. Even though I'm not a believer in God, I will still pray that everything goes well. If not to God himself, then to anyone up there willing to listen to me. I know you're dad hasn't been the nicest guy, he's treated you badly because he just doesn't want to raise a kid anymore, and you compared to me have lived a rough life. I won't claim to be the victim child who's gone through traumatic experiences, I don't know what "hard work" is, but I know someone who does when I see them. Even though you've gone through all this stuff, you still love him, and that's true devotion. For your sake I hope he comes through...it's not fair that someone you love should be taken away.
